Extremely happy, I can't recommend them enough!
Usually, you would have very little direct contact with your finance company. If all is well then chances are you will never need to speak to them.
Due to an issue with the dealership who sold me a faulty car then did very little to attempt to put it right, I found myself talking to Mann Island quite a lot, and thankfully they are very approachable.
After speaking with David at Mann Island who logged a complaint for me, not only was the problem resolved, they also stepped in financially to pay for the repairs. Where the dealership failed to help, Mann Island what above and beyond.
I honestly could not recommend them enough.
They have been kind, courteous, professional, and extremely helpful right from day one, and saved me a lot of hassle. 5 stars is not enough.
