These guys looked after my Dad when he went to pick up a guitar for me.. I will not forget it either as I lost my dad shortly after .. best music shop with the best staff in Brisbane . I buy almost everything from them because of it

In store or online the service Manny's provides is always excellent.

Bought a taylor gs mini through mannys.
Had it less than a year and had a problem with buzzing.
I told them i thought it was coming from inside the guitar body.
They said it was the fret buzzing.
Paid over 100 dollars to get guitar back with same problem and a higher action on guitar.
Thought i wouldnt have to pay because of warranty. But anyways no dramas. But to have to pay for the guitar not being fixed and disregarding my opinion is a bit weak.

Had an inquiry about an item online, and received a rapid and helpful response. I placed my order the same day and the item was shipped out a few hours later. Thanks for the great customer service! :)

The staff is really kind, he found a single tremolo arm out of like 50 tremolo arms and got it for me, he also gave me a free gig bag cuz they ran out of boxes. Very friendly and nice staff, will come back when there's an opportunity.

This is at the Alexandria branch in Sydney, I dont know his name but he had curly black hair and was skinny, give credit to were its due.

Very Straighforward

Prompt response to problem. Took several weeks to get results but product was eventually replaced ( under warranty). I only use Mannys. Even tho I live some 500 k from Melbourne. Staff quite helpful especially on tech problems.

AKG K72 Closed-Back Headphones advertised as available but weren't on display or kept on shelves with headphones in show room.

Last time I visited the store to purchase headphones, the AKG72 were on display but not available to purchase as they were a display model. Consistency much?

XLR splitters weren't in stock and haven't been available to purchase. The XLR combiner is stocked and was incorrectly supplied during a previous visit to Mannys.

Disappointed that only one Smart Acoustic SPCM300 Pro Pencil Condenser Microphone was available in-store. Required a pair of condensers, settled for one which wasn't sufficient for requirements.

Store credit/ refund process is quite arduous, requiring manager approval from downstairs to authorise.

Mannys has always been my go to place for music equipment purchases. Great advice, prices and service.
