Had the garage door for around 10 year Had no problems with them having them serviced every year .they do a great job.they always clean the doors within the service very professional would highly recommend pick this firm for your doors you wouldn't regret your decision

Absolutely excellent job. From initial order to fitting a speedy and professional experience. The fitters completed a double garage doors 2 independent door fittings on one of the hottest days of the year. Job completed with the utmost of professionalism. Didn't all go to plan, but more than made up for by helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant staff. All quickly sorted - job well done!

The whole experience was very good. The office staff I spoke to were always helpful and gave me plenty of time to make a decision about which type of door would best suit my needs and gave me enough information to make an informed decision as I was not able to visit the showroom. The work was done very efficiently on the day and I am very pleased with what I chose. My new door looks great! Thank you.

At last a company that appreciates the repair side as much as the replacement part of their business.

We called them out to repair a door a previous fitter had declared potentially a health & safety risk and it should be replaced and promptly quoted us a replacement cost.

Mansfield Garage Doors came out undertook a simple repair, (no parts required), provided some advice on future maintenance, which I can undertake. And left, the door works as good as new now and no health & safety risks, which actually left my wife fearful of entering the garage! She is now more than happy to use it again. Thank you Mansfield Garage Doors, my wife feels safe again and not traumatised about me using the door either.

They arrived on time and completed the works very promptly but with care and attention.

This is the third time I’ve used Mansfield Garage Doors. As usual, they were very reliable from survey stage through to fitting. I’d recommend them strongly.

Booked a service for our electric garage door,convenient app.tine to suit us given.Engineer was friendly ,told him door had started making creaking type noises especially since warmer weather,after service was much quieter after all parts lubricated etc.so pleased had it done.

I was very pleased with the service provided. Turned up on time, did a good job of fixing & servicing my (tilting) up and over garage door with new parts. Pleasant and offered instructions of how to maintain it. Lady in office also pleasant and helpful over phone. Reasonable price. Recommend.

This was the first service on my Garage door installed by Mansfield Garage Doors. Although the service was a little later than planned, I did receive a prior call to explain the delay which I really appreciated. The engineer was very good and explained the service elements to be completed. A finish wash at the end was a bonus too.

We have used this company for quite a while now and always find them friendly and professional and do a really good job keeping our old electric roller door in good order .

Mansfield Garage Doors are extremely professional and very reliable.
It is so reassuring to know that if there is any problem with the garage door (which is uncommon) they are ready to help and can give advice on the telepphe which usually solves a problem or they will come and assess very quickly.
I would highly recommend them.

Friendly staff and reliable. Have used Mansfield Garage Door Company for a number of years, since they fitted our Horman electric garage door and Horman front entrance door. Have garage door serviced once a year but a bit disappointed that the service engineers didn’t clean the garage door after service this year as they normally do.

Professional to the last and nothing was too small to consider. Everything was done correctly from the engineers survey for structural loading and safety requirements to the actual installation. We're very pleased with the installation and products to choose from. Prices are very reasonable.
