Please do not buy these products. There are many other websites that offer great service and products. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever tried to deal with. Absolutely no reply after multiple emails about a delivery. Never received my order. In a world of cost of living crisis it’s a shame company’s like this exists.

Scam company with fake reviews. They will take your money and you won’t receive the item. You can not get hold of them, no refund, they don’t answer the phone. Save yourself the hassle and money.

I have emailed three times to request a refund for a product that does not fit for purpose and haven't received a reply yet.
It doesn't surprise me the low score they have on Trustpilot. They are clearly not reliable or professional.

I would have given zero stars if that was an option. The website looked very professional. I ordered bin stickers on 31st July and received an email saying that Amazon Delivery would be in touch. Having heard nothing in two weeks I went back to the seller by email but received only an automated reply saying they would get back within 24 hours. I emailed several times eventually asking for a refund but again got only automated replies.

Sign not received in nearby 3 weeks. Tracking no provided does not work. Phone no does not work. No response to emails. No refund. I have no option but to report the matter to the police. Disgusting and disappointed!!!!!!

Do not buy from this business. They will take your money, you will not receive the goods or a refund and they ghost you. They will not reply to emails or calls. Thankfully I contacted my bank who are processing a refund from their side, but there is known issues with this so called business.

Ordered a sign from here Ordered said delivered but was nowhere to be seen emailed them 3 time and also called several times no response at all best avoiding and going somewhere else

Took almost 2 weeks to deliver pack of 4 stick on bin numbers and only replied to one email asking me to wait for 3 weeks, as delivery must be delayed in post! First email from them stated delivery had been sent by Amazon, then another email told me delivery was by Royal Mail! Was intending to order a Solar House Sign, but will now look elsewhere.

I did not recieve my delivery as it was left at the wrong address, I contacted them and explained this and was told it had been delivered as it shows on the tracking information, I contacted them again and provided proof that the image of delivery was not my address I have had no response!!!!
I have also tried to call them and no one answers the phone

Sign didn't arrive. Tracking saying delay but no updates for a week.
Tried to contact them using live chat, email and telephone. No response at all. Out of pocket.
Never again

Ordered a sign which looked great on the website. Upon arrival the quality of the product and the print was shocking it was like something my child made at school. I’ve asked for a refund but no reply whatsoever making me at a loss

My experience with PerfectSigns has been a masterclass in how to test a customer’s patience. Since 18th May, I’ve been calling, emailing, following up, and the only thing I ever receive is the same automated message promising a response within 24 hours. Spoiler: that response never arrives.

After that? Nothing. Phones ringing into the void. Emails disappearing into the abyss. It’s like trying to communicate with a company that exists only in theory.

If they put half as much effort into customer service as they do into sending automated replies, this review wouldn’t exist. But here we are.

Ordered my house sign on 12th May, on the website it states it will be shipped in 2-5 days to which is was. Arrival took a little longer than they estimated, they say 1-3 days after shipping it arrives however I received it 8 days after shipment. I did email them to chase it up and got a response back the next day

Was a little worried it wouldn’t show up at all as I was reading reviews while I was waiting for my shipment email but thankfully it did turn up and in good condition

Better than I expected, arrived quickly and was well packaged. The sign looks brilliant, very nice and makes my front door look more stylish just what I wanted with an improvement.

My house looks more welcoming now. Wish I purchased this earlier! :)

From the 8th May im still waiting of my order.its now the 18th today.try tracking it doesn't work,try live chat it doesn't work, try phoning no one answers.what a PLONKER I am not reading the reviews.

Still waiting for a refund but looks like this isnt going to happen.
This company has no after care service and ignores your emails.
Our sign came damaged and they dont want to know.
I would stay away from this company as they dont want to know if anything is wrong and are not bothered to put things right

The sign from this company never arrived. I was unable to make contact via any method had to request a refund via the bank !! Order else where !

I’m really glad I ordered this before reading the reviews. If I had seen them first, I probably wouldn’t have gone ahead with the purchase, as many recent reviews say things like “scam” and “don’t buy.”

However, my experience was completely different. I ordered on the 2nd of April and received it on the 10th, with no issues at all. Delivery was quick, and the item was very well packaged.

The sign itself is amazing quality and looks exactly like the picture. I genuinely can’t fault the company.

I wanted to leave this review to reassure others who might be put off by the negative feedback. in my experience, this company is completely legitimate.

The sign arrived damaged so I immediately sent images and email on the same day it arrived. Than I requested if they had better quality signs and that I would pay more. But they did not respond to my email instead said they will replace the broken sign. They did replace by sending the exact same which I did not want to keep. They are not responding to my phone calls or emails by writing if they have something better.
