We required a personalised drawing for a 60th birthday present. It came as requested plus I changed a last minute detail & Steph was excellent. Received wrapped & ready. Highly recommend
Lovely modern design whose detailing somehow fits with our Georgian house; probably the clean, regular lines. Delivered really quickly.
Solar signs work only for 2 hours. Cells are unobstructed. Company unhelpful. Tell me it’s winter so less efficient. Refusing refunds. Offering hard wired at a discount. But we already paid for sola... Toon meer

Absolutely love my new letterbox. Looks very stylish and modern. Website was easy to navigate and choose which design suited my house best. Loved the option of having my address put onto it. Great communication and reply to emails. Super fast delivery. Loved the fact there was a template to fix where the holes needed to be drilled made it really easy to install. Overall great product and company to deal with.

Poor customer service
Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with both the product and the customer service I received.
The personalised names on the doormat I ordered were extremely difficult to read and clearly not as expected. I contacted the company to raise the issue, expecting them to put the problem right, but rather than offering a replacement, I was told I would need to pay again, albeit at a slightly discounted price, for what was essentially their error.
When I questioned this and asked for a replacement, my emails were simply stopped being answered. I find this particularly disappointing and unprofessional.
Mistakes can happen, but I would expect a company to take responsibility and resolve the issue rather than asking the customer to pay again and then ignoring further correspondence.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Hi Mike
Good afternoon, hope you’re well.
Sorry to hear you have left a negative review.
Please note, you contacted us with an issue with the style of font used, as you didn’t like the ‘G’ and thought it looked odd, then requested us to change the matt and use a different font.
Unfortunately as the font used was shown to
you when personalising the item, using the live preview, we are unable to just change the personalised matt for a new one due to you not liking the font used. As these are made to order items.
So as a gesture of good will, we offered to make you a replacement matt with a different font at a discounted rate.
Unfortunately this offer was refused and resulted in this negative review.
New customers, please note 99% of our items are made to order and personalised, so we are unable to change colours, fonts, etc once the item has been made.
Custom orders are welcome, but please make use to contact us first.
Thank you.
Great product and great speedy service.

Product is great
Product is great. It’s minimal with nice symmetry. I wasn’t looking for flowery or detailed.
Our estate is pretty dark at night and the product is nicely backlit.
Never sure about buying online but this was so worth it

Great product
Great product, quality item at a good price. Solar panel saves having to get an electrician to hardwire it to a switch etc to illuminate!
