We ordered the 680 litre storage box to…

We ordered the 680 litre storage box to house the cushions off our garden seating which it does very satisfactorily. Plenty of room for everything which is great. The storage box arrived promptly and in good condition. My husband and I set about putting all of the parts together, and we eventually managed to get it built, after around 2 hours and a lot head scratching. It would be extremely helpful to have a step by step guide on how to assemble it on YouTube which would make the whole process a lot quicker. We are not natural DIY ers and so I’m sure we took a lot longer to assemble the storage box than someone is very good at DIY. Anyway, it’s up and we’re very pleased with it. It’s roomy enough to take all of the cushions off our garden furniture, it’s good looking and sturdy. Just would have liked a YouTube video of someone from your company assembling the whole thing from start to finish, which would have cut out assembly time of 2 hours by half we’re sure.

Robotic floor cleaner is great.

C up one to Robotic floor cleaner is great. However not being technical I struggled to set up the cleaner. I telephoned customer service for support and no one to assist though person with telephonist laughing at my plight.

Double Stack Air Fryer- Easy to use

Delivered on time and well packaged. Heavier than expected but once in place will not be moving it. Good booklet with it, shows temperature and cooking time of everyday stuff, easy to use especially using the icons on the top of airfryer. Great cooking capacity as it's a double stack airfryer and doesn't take up too much room.

Extremely poor quality and bad customer service

Very poor quality. The huge storage case relies on small plastic knobs to hold it together which immediately break. Customer service was awful, asking repeated questions and delaying response. Eventually after a long wait and much wasted time on telephone calls we were sent a different part to the bit we explained had broken. I want a refund. Even if this item fitted together its not sturdy enough for use.

Olson and smith service was excellent…

Olson and smith service was excellent but unfortunately there courier DPD was a total Disaster i got 4 different delivery days they but didn't turn up to any of them the delivery was sent back to the supplier it was sent back to me next day delivery the day it was supposed to arrive DPD Informed there was a delay again DPD ar an absolute shambles so I'm waiting for a refund from olson and smith
