Fantastic customer service

870 litre cushion box ordered, it arrived early which was unexpected but very welcome.
Some damage - possibly in transit, but thankfully it appeared to be to a non structural base part.
Took pic sent details to their customer service, they responded immediately apologised and offered solution. Hubby came home and agreed it was non structural so he was happy to build it.
Things happen, Packed Direct customer service was fantastic - fully recommend them, we would pay a little more for such service, but these were also very competitively priced - a very good company.

We contacted packed direct via email several times and also via phone where we had to leave a message but nobody had the decency to respond. I had to involve PayPal to get my money refunded. Dubious reviews but a good experience for me

I was really dubious after reading reviews and then I got sent the wrong item which really worried me. However, I received the wrong item on Friday and by the Monday I had an email from DPD to say the correct item had been shipped. I received the garden storage box and it was sturdy and as described. I contacted customer services about collecting the incorrect item and they arranged it within a week with good communication throughout. I would use again.

Please resolve issue as promised

UPDATE - replied to the email from your support team on Sunday 5th April, I appreciate the 6th was a bank holiday but it is now 10th April and still no reply.

Another 1 star review based on the fact you replied to my previous review to say you would contact me to resolve my issue if i tell you the best way to do so.

Please reply to the email listed for order #PD65550 as I have a gaming desk with only one side of LED lights working. I do not want to give you ‘the best way to contact me’ on this post as I do not wish to post personal details here and there’s no point in emailing your support email as you do not reply to emails.

CS was swift to respond.

I bought 2 outdoor storage containers in April last year. They were a good price and seemed fairly robust.
Alas, despite having had very limited use, the locking mechanism on both has come apart - meaning the lids can't be secured. In addition, the sides have warped away from the body of the unit.
I came on here to see what they're like to deal with and was disheartened to read some of the negative reviews. I was worried!
I needn't have been. I emailed them including photographs and they responed very quickly advising they would send replacement parts.
So far, so good.

No communication despite emails

I purchased an air fryer for my daughter for Christmas, and it is broken. I have contacted support twice. The email has been acknowledged but have had no response. I am really disappointed that there has been no resolution or communication to resolve this.

Received the wrong product. No communication.

Received the wrong product, addressed to someone else and delivered to the wrong house - I had to go and retrieve the item myself from a random address.

No response from Packed Direct. I have sent 3 emails. Their phone line cuts off every time. Their chatbot is useless.

I suspect this is someone trying to run a dropshipping business from their bedroom.

I now believe that I will not hear from Packed Direct and will just have to accept the inferior product that was delivered.

My advice is pay the extra £20 to a reliable business for your product.

Avoid.
