Mantis Mayhem Reviews

Fantastic service from Mantis Mayhem! My little jumping spider was shipped and packaged very well, complete with a heat pack now the weather has changed, and arrived the next day in perfect condition. She arrived in great shape, is healthy and eating well, could not ask for anything more! Highly recommend Mantis Mayhem!

Nexy day delivery brill, comunication great, would use this company often

She came extremely confident and happy! Lovely customer service too

Brilliant experience ordering from mayhem mantis. I ordered a lovely little female Everglades jumping spider and she arrived quickly and really well packaged. She was in a little spider container with plenty room to move around and some faux greenery which was lovely to see. She’s happy and healthy and I am really impressed and will definitely be back for more! Just waiting on the female Bahamas to be back in stock! 🤪

I've purchased multiple times from this company, livestock as well as enclosures and I'm always happy with the quality and speedy dispatch. Customer service is always friendly and they are always quick to answer any queries. Would recommend!

I’ve had two Jumping spiders from here and I gladly recommend them to anyone.

My first purchase from here, my baby velvet spider arrived safe and sound, thank you!

Despite the manhandling they received in transit they all arrived alive and well and hungry. Quick dispatch well packed

Received my new spider, however couple hours later went into moult. Came out with 2 front legs missing unfortunately and I did not think it would survive. Sent message, told to keep upto date, however the poor thing didn't eat anything over the following weeks, im guessing kept alive by drinking water, such a stressful time. I kept them informed as requested and eventually died sad to say. Notified MM of what had happened and all that was said was aww sorry for your loss. Wow really! So happy to take people's money but nothing to replace. Not as if it was a year down the line, but nearly £40 is alot to me. So no, not a very good experience sad to say.

Super fast delivery and my little jumping spider arrived well. Safe packing, spider very bright and in really good condition. Eating great. Thank you so much!

Bought a jumping spider nearly 2 months ago from Mantis Mayhem and in the meantime I've bought a few feeders from them too. Shipping is always super reliable and fast. My jumping spider arrived alive and well and is thriving. Definitely can't fault them for anything.

Came quick and as expected. Spiders where packed beautifully. Each spider came with a couple of sprigs of dake plant which iv put into each of their enclosures. Spiders where really healthy in fact 2 molted the first nifht to my surprise. So they must.of been healthy and comfortable in their new homes.
Have now made my second purchase and xant wait to buy some more insects for my collection. Maybe another mantis next time.

This is our 5th order with Mantis Mayhem. Informative website with great Q&A and care instructions. Starter kits on offer for first timers.
A great selection of Mantids, equipment and food.
Great communication and tracking, especially if any problems are encountered. I was proactively informed when one of our orders couldn't be fulfilled, and recived a refund within 48hrs. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Mantis Mayhem again and would heartily recommend them to all. Keep up the great work!!

Quick customer service and very friendly...the insects are well cared for daughter is so happy wth her jumping spider and her baby mantis

Great value product. Received lots of green bottle casters, the few I took out immediately hatched very quickly.

Quick, easy to order. Arrived safely in a couple of days. I like that when ordering fly casters the package fits through the letterbox.
