Great product. Quick and efficient service

Expensive but seems to work

Yet to observe any reduction in my dog’s anxiety.

The product didn’t agree with my dog - not all of them do. I also got signed up to a subscription I never agreed to and I was worried that they would keep taking money. It took a while for a response from them which worried me - but when they got back to me I got a full refund and they confirmed that the subscription had been cancelled.

Since taking the supplement my boys appear more agile Especially my 10 year old Working Cocker

We did not ever subscribe to Pawfry. you have not an swered our emails, my wife only once ordered one pack, you are still sending the product long after our dog had passed away, I believe you are taking finance from my account illegally, now sort this out or I will sue you! Roger Hawtin

Our Spaniel has Addisons disease and over the past 6 months his mobility has declined. Over the past couple of months we have been using the Pawfy snacks to help improve his mobility. They certainly seem to be having great effect. His joints have returned to normal and his flexibility has noticeably improved.

Great service and great product. Our greyhounds dandruff has totally gone now she is on these supplements. Also the subscription makes it more affordable and regular.

wish I read the reviews here first, so many same issues of auto signing up customers with subscriptions, without any consent or agreement, making the "manage subscription" section/page IMPOSSIBLE to log in (keeps asking you to log in with email/get codes and repeat) no telephone number and non-existence customer service or auto chat bot. If the product was really good I wouldn't have mind so much, worse was that my dog hates it and MAKING it itch badly. I purposely bought 2 tubs to try back in September because of offer and also it will last a while, but they have now put me in auto subscription for 2 tubs a month and WOULD NOT allow me to delete my card saved on the website. Terribly company - AVOID. Now i have to contact my bank to report dispute.

Update: pawfy replied to my email, advised me to reject the delivery to get refund, which I am still waiting for the funds to come back. I do think the Pawfy team needs to look into this issue which has been mentioned so many times, if your products are good, customers will return, there is no need to automatically sign customers up for subscription.

Good communication about deliveries which arrive on time. I feel the probiotic chews have been of benefit and my dog loves them

Last month cancelled subscription but still sent item which cost the postage to return. This month another 2 items were sent to me both of which I NEVER ordered. I contacted Pawfy 4 times and each time had the same reply (AI). Now returned again but still had postage charged for the items I never ordered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

The product seems to be working really well, our little female dog is not showing the signs of stiff and uncomfortable joints she had before.

Delivery was really quick, within two days and communication was great.

I ordered 2 tubs of their Allergy and Immune chews., as my dog spent a lot of time licking and chewing her paws.
Having only taken them for 3 days, almost immediately her flatulence became an unbearable stench.
Her stools became loose and yellow in colour and her general health deteriorated.
She is only 2 years old so her lethargy was very noticeable.
The end result was that we took her to an out of hours vet, at vast expense, as we were so worried about her. She was in obvious discomfort.
I have taken it up with the Company and a refund has been made, but no offer to contribute to the vets fees.
Their response was not within 24 hours as stated on the website

Replacement of a lost order was sent out quickly and without fuss. Prebiotic tablets work. My dogs gut health is dramatically improved, he's gone from loose stools to solid in a matter of weeks. I'll admit I was dubious over the claims made in the add but it actually works. Would highly recommend.

I sent you an email telling you I had been involved in a Fraud involving my Barclay card and asking you to contact me before sending anymore chews you wrote back saying you could not update payment details I wrote back again asking you to contact me for new card details then on the 17/9 I got an email saying order sent AT NO TIME DID YOU CONTACT ME PLEASE DO NOT SENT ME ANYMORE CHEWS

I bought the probiotic for my 13 year old Border Terrier who was inclined to have many messy poos. I'm amazed at the improvement, it has certainly improved his digestive system.
