The Calming chews have had a very positive calming effect on our anxious cocker spaniel. The company is also responsive to delivery issues.

Cannot sign in to account to cancel. Therefore, the product that I no longer want is still coming and I’m paying for it. Can’t find email confirmations to confirm anything. Still charging and sending product that DID NOT Work!!!!! Have contacted via Pawfy site and have yet to get a response. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

I took the product with me to my vet in the UK and they said this is rubbish and stop giving it to the dog, it’s of no nutritional value. I didn’t ever subscribe to this product, I made one purchase and it still keeps arriving.

My dog disliked the probiotic tablets so I organised to return. Was told my subscription had been xld BUT I had never taken out a subscription. However the refund was in my account very speedily. Think the subscription part of the website needs clarifying

The Allergy and Immune chews did not work for my dog and they were expensive.
As other customers have mentioned, I unintentionally had a monthly subscription. I attempted to cancel the 2nd order to no avail.
There are a lot of reviews on this site about unexpected subscriptions and it is obvious that the ordering procedure is unclear.

Our dog has been on the probiotic for 2 months and we have seen a drastic improvement with her ears. So thankful for this product.

Easy ordering, swift delivery.

I ordered a one off joint product from this company for my elderly dog. The product seemed to work well. However since my original order, I have automatically been subscribed to repeat purchases. I have contacted customer services to no avail! Very annoying m. Will be speaking with my bank today as no longer want to receive this product on a monthly basis

This is a really great product.My dog is 13 and she was really struggling with her hind legs . She's a German Shepherd Cross huskie and she was getting bad pain in her hips but since she's been on these she is so much more active and comfortable getting up from laying down.These have made a hell of a difference and because you can crumble them up in the food it isn't an issue giving them to her

Really useful subscription service, was a bit skeptical about if they would help with my dogs joint pain, however they seem to be helping her, which is all that matters to me, could be a little cheaper to regular customers, however I'm still happy with the service and product.

This product has helped my golden retriever immensely and he no longer limps after a mad play or lots of running even when we try to limit it .

To get five stars this would have to cure my dog completely and nothing can do that because nothing is perfect. This, however, does come close so it's actually four and a half stars from me. He does move a little easier and bearing in mind he's a 13yo (possibly 14yo) Alaskan Malamute, that's pretty good. He loves his daily 'treats'. Last year a vet wanted to put him to sleep, this year a different and more senior vet said he was a healthy dog for his age and I think these supplements have gone a long way to achieve that. Thank you so, so much.

I get away on subscription every month, arrives on time every month. Was over charged price wise one month but this was sorted their end with profuse apologies without me complaining. So customer relations are very good. A great big plus is that my pet loves these.

They are very reliable and the joint support chews seem to be helping my dog.The only problem is I have to remember to change the delivery date as I get 2 tubs and the subscription automatically comes monthly without notice. The first you know about it is when they have took the money so if you do forget you haven’t got time to change it.

I purchase anxiety tablets which did not suite my dog I did not sign up for a repeat order but had email saying order had been processed, I filled in the form cancelled the order and subscription.then had email saying order had been despatched, will post again if this sorted quickly

This was sorted very quickly and money refunded and repeat subscription cancelled easy to return unwanted tablets by refusing to except them and return to sender . Email answered quickly after the weekend.could now give it 4 stars not 5 as it was a bit of a hassle to sort out

Great service and fast delivery, the product is wonderful as my dog Meg would testify if she could speak. The joint and hip pellets crumble easily into food and the effect on her walking etc has been a revelation. Thank you Pawfry!

Orders arrive on time.
The chews are definitely making a difference to her as before her poo was very soft but since taking pawfy probiotic chews it’s solid. Better for her and me.
