I have only ever ordered 2 pots of pawfy.11 June and 10 July.l have never ordered for august10 or 10 Sept as l don't have the dog any more.l have been billed for £60 for 2 pots which l did not order.l expect the £60 to be returned by Sept 14.2026

Whenever I message the pawfy people are so nice and the wee chews are helping my wee dog so everything is great

Love the product but took far to long to be delivered, my dog had to go over a week with none

Great speedy delivery website easy to use a little early to pass judgement on the treats them self time will tell only one criticism very expensive for fewer treats in tub compared to there counterparts NutriPaw where there’s similar in price but double the quality of treats per tub

I like these for my spaniel. The key ingredient is tryptophan which seems to help calm him. Other products without this ingredient do not seem to help him . The size of the treat is good, he has one each morning and on later in the day.

Quick response and sensible solution

Did a one off order to try the product then a month later I find it have been signed up for a prescription. Tried on your website to cancel tge subscription but there is no option
I think this is fraud.

I ordered some tablets on a one off basis. I was then sent an Email to say more tablets were to be sent for the subscription - not a good experience! I wrote immediately to say I had not taken out a subscription - no response!!! Beware!!!!!!!

Pawfy have a great range of supplements to ensure your pets are in optimal health. They are extremely well organised - placing my order and taking delivery of the items within three days - quite outstanding.
I’d definitely recommend them to all pet owners.

I made a one off purchase only to receive an email today telling me I had been billed £55 for a repeat supply. I have cancelled this fictitious subscription and asked for a refund.Nowhere did I see ny notice informing me I was automatically signed up for further purchases.

My dogs agility has improved, she can jump on the bed again. For a small Pomeranian that’s no small feat.

This product has done an enormous amount of good for my dog who is a rescued Greyhound from the meat trade in China

Disgraceful. Ordered three tubs and within 30 days had another three tubs automatically dispatched and another £70 withdrawn from my account. Who would need six tubs of supplements? Sure I did not select an auto-renewal option (never do) and not happy they stored my card details. Emailed asking for a refund and, surprise surprise, have had no response. Avoid Pawfy's shameless approach to grabbing your money and their flagrant disregard to the Consumer Protection Act. To add injury to insult; now have hundreds of supplements which my dog does not like/wont eat!

Very good but not sure if it’s helping my dog , can you cancel my regular patented please.

I found my monthly subscription was being delivered too early before I’d finished the last one. I contacted Pawfy who couldn’t have been any more helpful giving me more than one option to meet my needs. All sorted now and it was made very easy.

I never reordered this delivery I have previously sent an email that I would order one off deliveries as and when so please stop taking money from my account
