5☆ for wonderful product and excellent customer service
I gave a 5☆ review because the product was amazing, the customer service was responsive, and it was overall a great buy. Since I feel an obligation to be as accurate as I can be, the only thing that was a little frustrating was shipping time. I will take the blame for not reading thoroughly at the time of purchase where the item was gonna take more time than usual. My expectations where it would take a little over a week to be delivered. However, if I had read more carefully, I would have seen that it specified that the item would take longer. The Vibrato Cologne was well worth the wait and at the best price so I am very happy with my purchase. Thank You maple prime.

Vibrato!
The packaging was great and the communication, as well, was great. But the pricing for their fragrances was something that others can’t beat. And I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again. Keeping it real, though, my only critique is they take a while to get your stuff shipped out, but I’d say order with confidence, sit back, and don’t worry…it’ll arrive safe and sound.

Great Seller A+++
This was my first time ordering from Maple Prime, and I’m happy to say it was a great experience. I purchased Guerlain L’Homme Idéal 2024, and not only is the cologne 100% authentic, but the price was also one of the best I could find online. Shipping was fast, although the initial “label created” message had me a bit nervous at first about the legitimacy of the site - but I can confidently say now, Maple Prime is legit. The fragrance arrived on time and made the perfect birthday gift. Thank you to the Maple Prime team A+++

I ordered Lalique Parfum
I ordered Lalique Parfum, when it came, I opened the bottle and NO NO SCENT at all, I contacted Maple for a refund and they said the batch was fine, well that told me it is not the real Lalique Parfum. They refused to refund my money and didn't even ask for me to send back to examine. I will never recommend Maple Prime for anything.
Be very careful they are not selling real parfum these are knock offs.
