Very poor quality product
Very poor quality product, have created my own version at home and it's much better quality. Charging £9.99 for a 'premium' frame that was a cheap, and damaged, plastic clip frame is disgusting

Package never arrived on time
Package never arrived on time. They charged £7 for a special next day delivery, it came 4 days later and was given to a stranger to sign, not the person that was authorised.
The map was bent in one corner. Very cheap product I would not recommend spending money on this “maps”.

Hi there, thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your order. I can see that this was shipped on 13th January with delivery expected on the 14th, however it looks as though a request was made to Royal Mail for delivery not to be attempted on that day, so your order was delivered the following working day, on the 16th. It looks as though you have spoken with our live chat team regarding this and are looking to return your star map to us which we're currently awaiting. A member of our team will be in touch shortly to provide any further assistance regarding this :) ~Ryan T
