The Marble Law referred to me a Incompetent Lawyer out of atlanta that missed appointments during the divorce and stated that they would get me an attorney for my divorce hearing. Advise me not to show up to the hearing and that they would let me know when i needed to show up. and a judgement of default was rendered without me being present

I had to go back and change my review on Marble Law because they did make my situation right. You really can’t hold the company responsible for something one lawyer does. I appreciate their honesty.

I paid $4,500 up front no payment plan was made. After speaking with the attorney, I chose to “disengage”. 2 days later I gave notice to stop all action. My attorney Heather returned my email and said it shouldn’t be no problem getting a refund because their system did a rough draft and she hasn’t gone through it. Now I’m not getting the full amount back. They are returning $1,600 and keeping the rest to cover the work that was completed. “WHAT” I answered several questions and their system plugged in the words to their template. What a money trap. Don’t waste your time!!!!

I hired this law firm to handle my divorce, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. They were not transparent about their fees from the start. I initially paid $5,000 for what I thought was the full process. However, once the first paperwork was filed, they informed me that their work was only halfway done and demanded nearly another $5,000 to complete all the remaining court filings. In short, what should have been a straightforward amicable divorce (even with a house involved) ended up costing close to $9,000. I’d strongly advise potential clients to get every fee in writing upfront and be wary of hidden costs.

My attorney couldn't be bothered to use proper grammar in documents and their fees are outrageous. Their retainers are not a pool that they roll into anything else. One issue, they charged $5,000 for what most firms would charge about $1,500. I paid them $2,700 to file for divorce and after two months, they hadn't done a single bit of paperwork. I verified my end was sufficient and once I did, I asked for a refund. They refused to give it, of course. They didn't file anything but the case was closed according to their email. It ended up costing my $7,700. I switched to Kenny Leigh a few days later and couldn't have been happier. Avoid Marble at all costs

This is a computer generated response. If these people were legit, one, they wouldn't have the exact same response to every negative review which is 99% of them. Two, if you are serious you call me. You have my number, you didn't mind calling whenever you wanted the $2000. If they call, I will give them the benefit of the doubt and change my reviews. Trustpilot has no idea you are using them for your reviews except you had somebody copy and paste only positive ones that were made up and put Trustpilots name in front of them. I don't think they'll be happy about that and I'm sure you were given permission to do it that way because you will end up going Trustpilot a bad name and they are one of the ones you can't pay to have your negative reviews removed.

He did an amazing job representing me! I was happy he heard my issues and helped me come to the best resolution for my hearing!

By far the worst company ever not only do they not call back but they took money out of a finance account with out my authorization and now i can't get them on the phone just straight up horrible business
Now I have to call another lawyer to 9ne do the original job and 2 go after marble law a joke for a business to get my money back

Used the process to get a no fault divorce. Had all the paperwork basically done but needed help. Paid $4k to start. They later asked for $500. Then $100. Then an additional $1,500. Zero clarity for the purposes of any of these and no follow up from the lawyer via email on why.

I have been treated with no respect, no compassion I am an irritant to the legal team chosen for me. I hired an attorney, but according to her I am still pro se. I don't know what is happening in the case. Communication is poor at best. I am paying money I don't have to be insulted abused and neglected. I will be destitute in less that 24 hours. I should have kept the money I borrowed to pay them
At least then I would be able to survive.

Do NOT use Marble. Their high pressure tactics should have been a red flag. My attorney never called me during a scheduled session. Marble chat person is not helpful and although it’s 1pm, am told it’s after business hours and no one can help me. I wish I had read reviews before spending so much and signing a contract. BEWARE! Do NOT use Marble. It doesn’t save you money and only causes frustration, missed deadlines and no help whatsoever.

This started off as a great experience. Even the attorney seemed to be knowledgeable and responsive. After about two weeks I could barely get a hold of the attorney or anyone from Marble. You great service when they are trying to get you to sign up, then once they get you it's almost impossible to get a hold of anyone. I recommend hiring a firm that you can actually call and that is local. Not Marble.

Worst experience of my life. This is not a real law firm, instead it is a horrible excuse for one!! This is a company that sources out case’s to a lawyer on their payroll. The lawyer does not truly represent you and they do not go to court for you. They’re a paper pushing firm. Anything they do you can do on your own. My case was sourced out to Denise S Young, someone who told me she’s very familiar with name change cases. This woman dropped me like a hot potatoes when I stated I’m going to request a refund for all services. She miss guided me and didn’t know how to fill out a simple finger print card, delaying my case for months. She also had her paralegal file papers and her paralegal filed them incorrectly, leaving the “0” in front of my drivers license off making it even more difficult to move my case forward. FYI: I would highly recommend you file the paperwork yourself. This company customer service isn’t even based out of the US, it’s based out of the Dominic Republic. If it wasn’t for myself and my wife I would never have been granted my name change. The named I’ve lived with for over 60 years. I wasted $4500 for Nothing…Overpriced, under delivered company, far from a law firm.
