I borrowed over $3000 to pay for this divorce. And I hired them back in february. I believe they don't respond to me. They don't keep me updated, and i'm sure that by the time they are done I will probably be a widow instead of a divorcee,I think their service is horrible and I don't recommend that anybody use them because their attorneys will ghost, you and not keep you updated on anything.

Terrible Communication

I don’t know how Marble got this many positive reviews as it was what made me to use service in the first place, I paid for the service and then was told i will have a call with my attorney, the attorney called and said I had not signed my contract, which I had done already and that she can’t get access to my documents via their portal and I should email it to her, and I did, the next day, I got a call from marble that I did not sign the contract and instead of arguing, I said they should send the contract again.

After emailing the attorney in the email she texted, which turned out to be wrong and then waiting for over 1 week with no call, I tried to get through to customer service or a phone number and thats when I realise the only means of contacting Marble was through an AI chat bot. After many tries in a couple of days a human responded to my concerns and then got the laywers correct email and forwarded it to me, and I emailed the Lawyer, and its over 2 weeks no call which in total over 4 weeks from when I paid, I don’t even know whats going on Attorney never spoke to me to hear anything I had to say and no response to several attempt to contact her via email.

I contacted Marble that I want a refund also again via AI chat and was told they will begin the process and up until now, theres been no communication from their end. And in-fact I had to reach out to Paypal which was the financial institution I got paid through and they lied to Paypal that I got my service. I escalated the dispute and still waiting for the final outcome, just stay away from these folks.

They are currently handling a divorce between my wife and I. They are impossible to get on the telephone. You cannot speak to the person handling your case only customer support who will not forward your call. There are numerous errors on our dissolution of marriage, including the date of our marriage and assets that we have. It appears that this is a form reused many times and assets from a previous use are still listed on our dissolution of marriage. We have called called and emailed and nothing has been done. Now the documents have been sent to the court to go before a judge and their assets listed that we don’t even have along with the misspellings and incorrect dates and we cannot get anyone to talk to us. I wish I could give it zero stars. It’s the worst experience of my life.

One of the worst services I’ve ever had to to deal with. It’s been well over a year and a half. There’s been no movement. No nothing just take my money a year and a half ago and they haven’t done anything. It’s taking them almost 2 years just a schedule mediation. I assume they’re Leagle team has no clue how to schedule mediation so they’re trying to learn how to seems like no one knows anything at the company from the managers to supervisors no one it is by far worst service ever do not I do say this wholeheartedly buyers beware do not use this service. They will take your money and leave you hanging.

Marble law is very objective, and provide very good advice to his customers.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

They advertise this service as more affordable. What they actually mean is that your attorney can be reassigned at whim. And God help you if you need any form of customer service.

You can call and be told you will receive a call back, I promise that will not happen.

You can use their chat feature and be told that someone will reach out to you. That also will not happen.

If you are waiting for an attorney to be reassigned, just keep waiting.

Now I am waiting for a response so that I can fight with them for a refund so I can hire an attorney that actually cares. I have spent $8400 and have two filings to show for it. That’s it. I am pending an attorney reassignment and confirmation on a mediation date. But after two phone calls and one chat I don’t have an answer on that either.

Save yourself the time and headache. Don’t fall for the “cheaper” option. You don’t even get what you pay for.

Update as of October 13,2025: it just keeps getting worse. They will also not refund you for lack of services performed. My signed agreements include an hour of court time if needed, for two filings. Those court appearances will obviously not be done by anyone at Marble, but I still have to pay Marble for them. I have spent HOURS on the phone and emailing to discuss why a partial refund should be issued. The people on the phone can’t make decisions, and the accounting department just sends emails basically letting you know they have decided not to do any refunds and the decision is final.

Run so far and so fast from this company. For the attorneys they hire to their “customer service” they truly do not care about you or your case. Just your money. The response below is the quickest response I got from this company, that also speaks volumes.

I paid for an initial consult and the lawyer demanded I send him all my confidential documents via email to proceed so I did... only for him to flat out GHOST ME. It wasn't until I threatened to write a nasty review that I got a response and it was fundamentally unhelpful. Scam service. They have awful lawyers and awful service -- you never know if you're liasing with a human or an AI.

I would give zero but there is nothing that low. Started my divorce but lost my job asked them to cancel. The divorce was going to cost me 3500 + what I put down. The finance through ClarityPay. I did all the work never got to talk to attorney, lost my job and asked them to cancel everything.

They called trying to get me to continue. I requested a second time to cancel.

The refunded only 890 some dollars. I am still on the hook for the rest. And THEY DID NONE OF THE WORK!

Even their answering service said that did not seem right. Let’s see how long it takes them to send me an itemized list of charges. Remember I never got a brief from an attorney nor did I speak to an attorney just their staff. Letting me know the attorney would contact me when I was supposed to have a phone conversation with the attorney

Called, got the standard reply, no it doesn’t see right and we will kick up to a team member and get back to you.

Still asking for a detailed account of where the money was spent. They are basically saying 895.50 would have covered the filing fees, serving my ex and representing me in court. The rest was me doing all the work via computer and never got to talk to an attorney even thought I was scheduled for a phone conference with my attorney. Even then I got “we will kick this up to the attorney.”

Everything went very smoothly with the initial contact and set up pending talking to the lawyer tomorrow it really looks like they are trying to make everything as easy as possible

I’ll definitely recommend Marble to anyone in need of a lawyer

Very helpful with the step by step process so far

After speaking for a bit we scheduled a callback at 5pm the next day. He sent a calendar invite.
5 came and went the next day with no call, no communication. I attempted to call after waiting for an hour. The only option is to speak to an AI virtual assistant who is absolutely infuriating.
The AI hung up on me as I was explaining the problem. I get another email with a new calendar invite for an hour later. Again the hour came and went, no communication whatsoever.
If you can’t handle a simple scheduled phone call why on earth would I trust you with my livelihood?

They were very helpful, very compassionate, and willing to take the case not like other lawyers who didn't give me the time or day.
