I confirmed with a Marble rep on the phone that the attorney would be available for a scheduled court date in 2 business days and the "strategy session" was set for the morning after booking with the Marble rep. The "strategy session" was then canceled right before the scheduled call with no explanation. Marble is not the place to book for time-sensitive matters.

Set up an appointment for a divorce consultation. It’s an already a personal and sensitive topic. I was called by an AI assistant to do my intake, it would misunderstand and I had to repeat myself a bit.

I would be paying a good portion and handling something so personal, I would like to have been introduced to an actual attorney.

Marble Law was extremely helpful in guiding me through every detail and turn in my case. The AI assistant was very accurate and the notifications were spectacular. I didn’t miss anything I needed to have up to date. Completing the marbles and being notified whether or not I fulfilled my part of the service made everything seamless and stress free. The photo upload of the files and documents helped save me a tremendous amount of time and resources that I didn’t have.

I paid Marble Law / The Marble Way a flat fee in the low thousands (financed) for help drafting divorce paperwork in a Texas county case. I asked for document-drafting assistance, not full contested local representation.

When the case was contested, they tried to restructure toward representation / co-counsel. They then said they had no available co-counsel in my county and terminated services only a few days before the Answer deadline their own attorney had given me (end of August). Along the way there were delays and poor responsiveness (including support/callback problems). I nearly missed the filing deadline and had to finish and file as pro se.

After terminating, they processed only a few-hundred-dollar refund / loan adjustment and left almost the entire fee in place. That is not a fair charge for unfinished contested representation they could not staff and for drafting work that should have been a limited drafting engagement under their own plan.

If you are considering Marble, get in writing whether they actually have counsel who can appear in your county, what happens if the case is contested, and what you are really buying (drafting vs representation). I am only willing to pay for the drafting work product actually delivered — not nearly the full package after they withdrew.

That was already tried. I contacted Marble about what I was being charged and asked for a proper accounting/refund after they terminated. The response was still only a small credit against nearly the full flat fee, with the financed balance left in place. Talking to them did not fix the overcharge for an engagement that ended days before the Answer deadline when they could not staff contested local counsel.

The service is horrible. It is extremely difficult to communicate with my attorney, and they say one thing and do another. It is very difficult to get them to actually do their job. I do not recommend them.

I am reposting my complaint regarding Marble Law after giving the firm a second chance in good faith.
Approximately two and a half years ago, I retained Marble Law to assist with my marriage-based immigration case. During my initial consultation, the attorney advised me that I could proceed with my application and that the firm would properly guide me through the process.
The application was submitted but the USCIS return it and I repeatedly attempted to contact Marble Law for an explanation and guidance, but received little to no meaningful response. I later consulted another immigration attorney, who explained that the visa availability had closed approximately 30 days before my application was filed — an issue I believe should have been identified before my case was submitted.
After I posted my original public complaint, Marble Law contacted me repeatedly asking me to remove it, assuring me that they would take appropriate steps to remedy the situation. I removed the complaint in good faith because I believed their promises and was willing to give the firm another opportunity.
I was then assigned another attorney who apologized and promised to continue representing me through the conclusion of my case at no additional cost.
Unfortunately, approximately two years later, I am experiencing essentially the same problem again.
Communication has been extremely limited. Earlier this year, the attorney told me she would upload additional photographs to our case. More than 20 days passed, and she never did so; my husband and I ultimately had to submit the documents ourselves. When reviewing our case, we were also concerned by how little supporting documentation appeared to have been included.
Most recently, I scheduled a meeting with the attorney because my case has now been pending for approximately two years and I urgently needed guidance regarding its status and what options may be available.
She simply did not show up to the scheduled meeting. No meaningful explanation or timely communication was provided.
At this point, what is most disturbing is not the USCIS processing time but the repeated lack of communication, follow-through, case management, and meaningful legal guidance from the attorneys who were supposed to represent me.
I gave Marble Law a second chance after they acknowledged my original concerns and asked me to remove my complaint. I trusted their assurances that things would be different. Unfortunately, I now find myself in essentially the same position: without adequate guidance and seriously considering having to retain another law firm to properly address my case.
I am therefore reinstating my complaint because I believe prospective clients deserve to know about my experience.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Marble Law for immigration representation.

Simple, helpful, and the portal is efficient. The staff were friendly and informative.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! Very disappointed with my experience. I had Jennifer Garcia assigned to my case. I paid $2,249 upfront for Marble to help draft and file my custody/time-sharing modification. After approximately five months, nothing was completed or filed, yet Marble kept over half of what I paid.

I also had a scheduled attorney meeting that I waited nearly two hours for. After repeatedly trying to contact multiple people to find out what was going on, I was finally told my attorney couldn't take my call that day due to personal reasons. No one had contacted me beforehand to cancel or reschedule.

When I requested a refund, Marble kept $1,152.96 despite confirming that my petition was never completed or filed and that my follow-up attorney meeting never happened. I am still requesting documentation showing what work was actually performed to justify keeping more than half of my payment.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.

The Attorney listened and let me explain my situation without being judgmental. This has been a stressful time and I feel better now that I'm making the necessary decisions to move forward with my life.

Marble responded to this review as if they take these concerns seriously. I called as they recommended and was told an attorney manager would call. Needless to say, I am still waiting.

Do not use these services. IT’S A SCAM!!!!! Once you enter your information into the AI portal, it spits a draft within five minutes. If you change your mind even within 24 hours, the company will charge you an absurd amount of money. You don’t even need to speak with a lawyer. I’m currently disputing my charges.
