Purchased suits for an upcoming wedding and again had exceptional service from Trish and the team at Marc Darcy.

I have multiple Marc Darcy suits which feel great, wear really well and people always comment on them.

Great value and lovely people to deal with

Delivered super quickly, suit fits perfectly, texture is really nice. The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is because the suit came in a plastic bag that was damaged when I received it. At that price and seeing as a suit can be fragile, I would expect better packing.

We travelled from Kirkby Lonsdale to buy a suit from your shop today, what a brilliant choice of suits and accessories ! I thought we would need an appointment for my husband but no …..Julia was just brilliant flitting from customer to customer and we didn’t feel neglected or being a pain in any way! Any size we needed was brought to us within minutes as staff behind the scenes were bringing them in. Fantastic set up and would highly recommend!
If you have anything like assistant of the month Julia deserves it hands down! She is an absolute Diamond, we would have been totally lost without her ! Thank you !!!!

Fantastic suit and service. Brought a suit online. Tried it on fit perfectly. A month later on trying it on just before our wedding it didn’t fit. I’d put weight on. I was out the returns time. Emailed them, as suit wasn’t worn with tags. They exchanged within 3 days. Would definitely use again.

The items received were substandard with excess thread hanging out in several places, when contacting them to discuss the customer service received wasn’t great and didn’t resolve the issue even after sending pictures.

Great service from Marc Darcy from start to finish. We bought 8 suits for our wedding in June and the quality of the suits is excellent. Not all members of the party could go in-store to get measured, but it was easy to exchange sizes, etc. Trish was particularly helpful and delivery was really quick. Thanks for making it such a stress-free experience!

What a fantastic store. We visited just after Christmas with my husband, future son in law and his groomsmen. Trish was fabulous, got them all suited and booted, nothing was too much trouble, and she coped so well with us all having our input! Highly recommend!

Good experience buying from this provider, items always carefully sent, great customer service with quick response and solving my issue quickly when I placed wrong address on order.

Quick service, quality of products is good.

However, out of 2 orders, both had items returned, that were missed off refund transaction. If I had not checked would never have known. They were quick to rectify, hence why I have given 3 stars.

I previously submitted a one star review as the trousers seemed of poor quality. However since getting in touch with Marc Darcy they have sent for a free return of the trousers and have replaced them. They have been very helpful and I am very pleased with my suit!

Absolutely different class, from the actual selection of suits and in the way they are displayed; then factor in how amazing the staff were during our visit - Julia in particular was excellent and couldn't have done anymore than she did.

I drove down from Scotland to see the Marc Darcy range and was pleasantly surprised that all suits were on display and not on hangers, I bought the Edinson - Navy Sky Check for myself and boys for my wedding - delighted!

Will certainly be back!

Ordered Simon Waistcoat in Wine - Had origonally gone to an independent retailer rather than direct, as like to support independent retailer, and thought the would support the retailer and Marc Darcy. Was in formed by the retailer that they didnt have the product instock but they would order from the supplier who would get it to them next day and they would diapatch to me on nect day delivery, (ordered Weds so would have expected it either delivered Fri otlr to have at least tracking/dispatch details), Friday came and no further contact contacted them and infomed they would be ordering it Mon, waited till Wed and still no further contact, so again contacted them and onformed they had now got the Waistcoat and it would be dispatched that evening, still no details re tracking Thurs morning so contacted them again to be told that they were expecing it that day or following day and would them dispatch (now over a week sincer order placed) so Iasled them to cancel the order, i question wether they actually ordered it from yourselfs. Once order had been canceled got onto your website (saving myself a bit of money as got Blue Light Discount) and the waistcoat was with me in less than 24 hours, again the speedy delivery grom Yorself questions wether the atore ordered it in for me, in future I will come direct to you.

Suit quality is outstanding for the price and the service is as high a standard. We had to exchange 2 out of 3 pieces. We received our order Thursday, returned Friday and by Saturday we received replacements. Super quick and efficient. Unfortunately they forgot to return the suit cover with the replacements so I dropped a message Sunday evening to which they contacted me Monday morning to arrange replacements and they arrived today (Tuesday.) All sorted within a week and at no extra cost to us. Brilliant service. Would 1000% recommend and we will use them again. Thanks for making a stressful time easier!

I ordered a three piece suit, but had to return the trousers and waistcoat which didn’t fit and I didn’t have time for an exchange as I needed them immediately, so I had to buy those items from another shop the same day. I was pleasantly surprised to receive notification of my refund less than 24 hours after posting the items back. Excellent service.

Absolutely appalling from start to finish. TWO MONTHS ago ordered a suit, shoes, the full works. It didn't arrive. Courier had not left in a safe place. TWO MONTHS later and still no refund or replacement, blaming the courier 'investigation'. Case opened with credit card provider to get my money back. Scam artists using famous faces to rip people off. Disgusting attitudes and wholly unhelpful.

Trish at Marc Darcy was amazing! My partner was a groomsman for a wedding recently but when he tried his suit on last minute the trousers were too small and waist coat tight. Trish is an absolute star, 4/5 times I had to go back to the store making changes in sizes as my wedding party lived outside of the UK. Trish spent a lot of time helping me and making the purchasing of my suits effortless. The shop would suffer MASSIVELY without Trish. She is a true star.
