Markers & Headstones Co. Reviews

Easy ordering, good packaging and fast shipping

The marker was just as I ordered. Timely shipping and good quality.

The Grave Markers turned out beautiful, excellent workmanship, so much more quality than I expected for the cost.

Quick turn around after ordering! Online ordering a bit cumberson! Was not able to get what we really wanted. Wanted paw prints on the 20x10x3 stone. No option for that we were told, but requested to do other some way? The product was quality.

Very easy online custom ordering process. Affordable pricing with free delivery in 20 business days or express delivery in 10 business days for a fee.

The ordering process was easy to do even through the grief. It came a week early and the quality was excellent. It weighed about 50 to 60 pounds but was easy enough for my son to carry it and set it on the grave. It is a beautiful headstone.

I was overwhelmed with the wonderful quality of the stone I purchased for my Mom! It was even more beautiful in person, and I received it in a very short amount of time. Thank you so much, my Mom would be so very pleased with this.

The Stone was exactly as i ordered it.

Easy to work with , reasonable and great customer service. The 1st delivery was chipped ( FedEx I believe) and expedited it's replacement . Hassle free

We ordered one for my mother-in-law. The quality was excellent! My wife and her family were very happy. Thank You

Everything was just as I requested and it was beautiful. Thank you so much!

Easy to customize and loved being able to view the final product prior to placing my order.

I ordered a marker for my mom with praying hands. I was nervous and kept checking to make sure the spelling and dates were correct. The stone was BEAUTIFUL. Everything was perfect. The only problem was the cemetery, who told me the stone had been placed, when in fact, it had not. So after complaining, the stone was finally set, and I could relax. It's perfect.

The marker arrives 3 weeks prior to when they first projected. I made a special request and the stone was perfect!

I ordered online and designed the headstone for my mom. I had to have it set up for delivery to the cemetery. I am not in the state of this company or the cemetery there for M&H had to take care of all that. They sent the tracking when it was ready to ship. I kept waiting for the delivery and discovered FedEx was not leaving the headstone as they normally would do because it was marked for must be signed for at delivery. I cannot really lay blame to the M&H as this seems reasonable, however due to this FedEx kept not leaving the headstone it was delayed almost 2.5 weeks until I finally noticed and contacted the cemetery. They contacted FedEx to get it squared away so finally, it is delivered and will be installed next week. All will be well. I cannot speak to the Quality since I will not see it in person for a long while, but the ordering process was easy and despite the delivery snafu every thing seems to be okay

It was so easy to get the stone we wanted, the etching, the weight of the marble, how quickly we received and the cost was surprising. I am on social security and discretionary funds are not easy to have so the cost for this stone was well within my means. Thank you so much for fulfilling our need and blessing our family with the beauty for our fathers resting place.
