My wife loved the Nomination charms espesally the Middlesbrough Transporter bridge. The delivery was realy quick and prices really good.

I researched which online jewellers were quoting the best price for a new Hamilton Khaki Automatic - the price from Market Cross Jewellers was excellent, so I paid online. The advert said next day delivery but I really only wanted to make sure I was at home when delivered so the speed of delivery was not so important. Although I didn't know at the time, it was delivered after 3 days via Royal Mail, so it was never going to be left on the doorstep. I would have preferred clearer info about delivery - who, when. However, the watch is beautiful and clearly a good Company; I would have liked to have gone to their shop and got it in person but it's a long way from me. Thank you Market Cross Jewellers and I will happily and confidently do business with you again. Cheers.

I’ve used Market Cross Jewellery at least 4/5 times. But this is the first time in Morpeth, the assistant was most helpful in supplying me with a gift for our 10th wedding anniversary and I’m sure my wife will love it. The assistant was polite and very helpful in helping me to choose my gift, with a guarantee that if it wasn’t suitable we could have a gift return for something different to the same value.Which has been very helpful.

This jewellers came to my rescue when another company let me down badly and I thought one of my daughter's 18th birthday gifts was no longer an option. I ordered a Swavorski 'Kris the Bear' on the 9th of July and it arrived today, one day later, on the 10th. I am so grateful for this exceptional service. The crystal was well wrapped and packaged too and was even cheaper than the previous company!

The service I have received has been great - the AG Swarovski necklace I have wanted for a while now was discounted so I was thrilled!! I did not receive the AG Swarovski bag or charm but after communication I have now received it, so I could not fault them.

The store very good and well laid out the store all very help full on first visit i looked at the wrist watch i did like sadly i was not at the time able to spend the time i needed to know all i did ask them to put to one side and i would come back the next day i came bock and spent more time to look at the watch and buy they did set the watch up for me to all was well and good.

I was looking for something meaningful for my partner for our wedding day. I found a beautiful necklace bracelet and earring set. I emailed regarding this product to make sure it was right. I cannot fault the customer service I received. If anything I believe they went above and beyond to make sure it was right. Upon delivery I couldn’t be happier with the purchase I made and felt more secure through a reputable jewellery shop rather than an online store. Would highly recommend this company

Matter of Market Cross removed a link so that it fitted my wrist perfectly. The price that I paid was much lower than other jewellers. Fantastic staff who explained everything I needed to know. I would recommend Market Cross to anyone who wanted a quality watch.

Terrible experience very rude female staff member treat me like a piece of dirt the loss of customers will be felt as my auntie deals in antiques diamonds so everyone will be told very upsetting to treat sumone that's just lost there mother and also had cancer with such awfull manners id be happy to make a full complaint to the owners but mabe she is the owner avoid go to med village

Absolutely fabulous lady (terrible with remembering names but she has dark hair (Julie?)) who works in the Northallerton store, she helped me build my Pandora bracelet perfectly and was so patient with me as I was taking my time to pick out the charms. Lovely chatty environment and gorgeous staff. Will be back for more charms and not feeling bad about being indecisive as I don’t feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything. 10/10 experience 😊
