Birthday Gift for my brother
I got this bag for my brother for his birthday. He loves it. He loves the spot for the cell phone on the strap. He loves that he can charge his phone. I was worried the size would be small, but no. It is perfect. It fits a file folder and that is a big need of his. He was renting a car and transferring his GPS to the rental, and the bag held all his car items perfectly. Now vacation is over, he is using it for work.

Got the bag in less than a week (I was told shipping would take 10-14 days) and it looks awesome. I bought it for my bf as a graduation gift (he chose this for himself) and although he hasn’t seen it yet, I think it’s gonna fulfill his expectations perfectly.

I ordered two limit backpacks for my spouse and I. Got the order delivered before the expected date. The bags are great, comfortable and light weight. It has been really easy to bike to work with my laptop and accessories in the bag.

Navvaro 20L and Great Service
I bought a Navvaro 20L and had it shipped to my brother for his birthday (stupid 'rona). Shipping was quite fast, maybe 1 week, within Canada. Haven't seen the bag myself but he loves it and says he'll use it everyday on his bike commute to his office. It's larger enough for his change of clothes. He really likes the built-in charge port. I love that because the bank is self supplied and removable it's airport safe.
The best part is the customer service. Chatting with a real human being who helps you find the best product for your needs is amazing! Remember retail workers who were actually happy to help you find what you're looking for? That's the service I got here. Thank you Mark Ryden.

We totally understand your frustration and we are truly sorry about what is happening with your package. We have initiated a service ticket with Canada Post to investigate why your shipment is taking this long to arrive. Unfortunately we believe it has everything to do with COVID-19 and how USPS handles packages once they are handed over to them from US customs. We will do everything possible to resolve this for you.
