I hired a marquee from Marquee Party for my 30th birthday in my parent’s garden. I was a little bit worried that I wouldn’t arrive as they didn’t take a deposit, but after speaking to them on the phone they reassured me that they operate based on trust. Sure enough, they turned up exactly when we’d agreed, the marquee was really sturdy and well set-up, and Gift and his assistant were really lovely. Would 100% recommend using them.

These guys went above and beyond to make our Little Girls 1st Birthday Party a success. With less than 24 hours notice they were at our home at 6pm putting up the Marquee for us, they went that little bit further as we'll and put all our furniture inside it to save us a job as they knew we had our hands full. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend Marquee Empire & we will certainly be using them again.. thanks again.

We hired a marquee and were so impressed with the whole experience. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The marquee itself was solid, well set up, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for completely derailing our weekend.

We were told the marquee would arrive Friday morning. Then it was Friday evening. Then Saturday morning. Then — and here’s the kicker — a pathetic last-minute text two hours before the party telling us that, actually, no marquee at all. No driver. Short-staffed. Classic.

Do you even begin to understand what kind of chaos that caused? We had nothing to hang our balloons from, no chairs to sit on, no tables for our catered food, arranged everything around this marquee you so confidently promised and repeatedly failed to deliver. And then you vanish until the very last second with a vague excuse and zero accountability.

Let’s add some extra salt to the wound: people flew in from Ireland for this. Real travel. Real money. Real effort. All so they could show up and wonder why the main feature of the entire setup didn’t exist. It was beyond humiliating.

What’s genuinely impressive is how many times the plan changed in under 36 hours. It was almost like you were testing how many ways you could screw it up. If this was performance art, we’d be applauding. But this was a promised service with an apparent glowing reputation — and what we got instead was a complete joke.

The cherry on top? Your idea of “communication” being a vague, last-ditch text message. No call. No actual discussion. Just a quick “oops, not happening” right before guests arrived. Unbelievable.

So now we’d really like to hear how you think this was handled — and more importantly, what on earth you’re planning to do to make this right. A refund for the cancelled event would be the bare minimum. Assuming, of course, someone can be bothered to respond.

Really great company with a fantastic work ethic. We ordered a marquee for New Year’s Eve and, when the time came, the forecast was atrocious. I wouldn’t have been surprised if the guys had cancelled but they arrived a day later to assess, then put it up in driving rain and secured the marquee so that it was safe. We had a really wonderful time and the marquee was spot on.

Great value for money and very friendly people to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

This was a last minute hire. I called them in the morning for a marquee I needed the same day in the evening. They pulled some strings and really pulled through for me. 5Star service, friendly staff and extremely reasonable pricing. Genuinely could not thank them enough. Phenomenal service and staff.

We hired Marquee Party for my daughter's 13th birthday, and we were impressed by their professionalism. The staff arrived on time and patiently waited while we cleared the area. They were flexible with the marquee's positioning and even assisted us with unrelated tasks. After setting up, they ensured everything was clean and secure for potential weather changes. They also arrived on time for pack-down, allowing us to leave promptly. Overall, it was a professional service with friendly, helpful staff. We will definitely use Marquee Party again and recommend them to others in need of a marquee.

Due to the English weather I hired a marquee for my son’s birthday. The experience was effortless. I was given a time slot for delivery and they said the rang previously to give me a better idea of the time. The gentlemen that assembled it were very polite and friendly. I couldn’t have hoped for better and would highly recommend the company

We booked marquee party for our traditional marriage party in October 2023, the guy (we forgot his name) came a day earlier to set it up for us. Honestly from the start to the finish the guy was absolutely amazing, care to detail and went out of this way to make sure the tent was fitted perfectly and safe for us and our guest considering the space was small. We didn’t measure the space every well (our own fault). I cannot RECOMMEND enough!! Book them now for your own special day!!

Thank you for a great marquee. Communication and setup were excellent. The marquee was great quality and withstood the New Years storms overnight.

They very kindly supplied us with some free lights and an extra heater for the cold.

Booked this with a few days of notice, and they were able to come out on Christmas Eve to set up our marquee all the way from Manchester to Liverpool. Really recommend them , the guys did an amazing job!
