Marrakech Concierge Reviews

We've just returned from our guys' trip to Marrakesh and had an unforgettable experience, including firsthand witnessing the earthquake that occurred on Friday night. Fortunately, we're all safe, and the villa we stayed in withstood the tremors.

I want to express our gratitude to Marrakesh Concierge for their exceptional assistance in booking the villa, arranging club outings, and organizing pool parties. The accommodation and their staff were outstanding. Even during the crisis, Marrakesh Concierge ensured our group's safety and provided regular updates.

I highly recommend the Marrakesh Concierge team.

Our villa was situated south of the city center, and thankfully, it remained unaffected by the earthquake.

Marrakesh relies heavily on tourism, and the best way we can support the local community is by sticking to our travel plans in the near future.

Once again, their service was superb, and we all plan to use their company for booking future events.

Fantastic team from start to finish. Everything we asked for was catered for by the team and very responsive on every step of the holiday. The villas were amazing with no hassle. Villa staff were amazing. Once again thank you for a lovely experience and will ally be using the team again

Outstanding service, flawlessly executed! The Marrakech concierge team enhanced our Marrakech trip's memorability significantly. Their recommendations were spot-on, ensuring we had an exceptional experience at every location we explored. The villa we booked exceeded expectations, and the team's communication was superb. It felt like assistance was readily available with just a quick message. Heartfelt thanks to the entire team!

Amazing service - everything is always taken care of from start to finish . Used this company several times and they are efficient and have a lot of knowledge in where to go and what to do . Can’t fault them and will continue to use them . If you are going to Marrakech be sure to contact them for a stress free stay

Great trip! Fantastic service from Dhiren, very quick responses and excellent knowledge of the local area. We were very well looked after and we couldn’t fault a thing. Incredibly helpful if we ever had a change of plan or needed some help. The villa we stayed in was perfect, very friendly and fun staff. Would definitely use the services again, and highly recommend.

Incredible experience booking through Marrakech Concierge, from the moment we arrived in Marrakech we were provided with 10/10 service. Dhiren was helpful throughout the trip and regularly checked in to make sure things were running smooth! Great trip, made better booking through Marrakech Concierge. Would highly recommend!

Best concierge services to use for Marrakesh, provided us a group of 8 with a amazing villa, drivers and services for activities and outgoings. The drivers were also very helpful through the holiday, Badr and the second drive helped us so much through our stay. honestly amazing services and our holiday was planned out perfectly by the company organising our bookings for us.

Honestly Marrakech Concierge could not have done a better job! From clubs to restaurants to the villa everything was just top notch! I could not have asked for a better service!! Thanks guys❤️🇲🇦

And a very special shout-out to our driver Abdulsamad who was there for us whenever we needed! Trip would not have been the same without him! Big love to the main man❤️

Marrakech Concierge is the whole package! From restaurants to bars your whole trip will be taken care of to the highest standard! Moroccan legends!

Marrakech Concierge - absolute top class service. Looked after us like family! Thank you for hosting a memorable and unforgettable trip and providing us with memories for a lifetime ❤️

Marrakech concierge is the best around. Genuinely no one can top what they do, no one will ever come close. The true Kings of Morocco!! 🇲🇦👊

I just came back from my first trip to Marrakech. Dhiren & his team provided amazing service from the moment we landed & were in constant touch to ensure everything was okay. Abdul, our driver, made sure we get everything we wanted & was always available when we needed. The villa was much better than what it was in the pictures. Special thanks to the maid in the villa who served us amazing Moroccan food.

I would highly recommend Marrakech Concierge to anyone travelling to Marrakech.

Helped to seamlessly organise a trip for us, excellent recommendations and reservations at the best spots in Marrakech. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Sandy and Dhiren were my contacts at Marrakech Concierge and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. When organizing the trip they were very helpful in giving advice as to where/when to book and tips on the best places to go. They were always reliable and everything I requested, they were able to facilitate.

We had a large group of 14 lads for a Stag and they picked the perfect villa with separate rooms and an amazing host (Marco, top top legend). The clubs were perfect and the tables selected couldn’t have been better. This is a trip none of us will forget and it’s all down to the team!

Thanks guys!!!

5 star experience...this was made mainly due to the care and attention of the owner and his team who couldn't have done enough to make the stay perfect. From arrival to departure, we didn't want for anything.

Shout out to Marco, the owner and Humza, Head of House. Thank you both. Perfect stag location.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to D and his team for helping me plan a hen for 19 people. D was on hand to answer the million questions i had during the planning process as well as providing a number of recommendations on restaurants and activities. The villa we stayed in was beautiful and we had no issues at all. All of the staff were amazing but a special shout out to Younes who went above and beyond on any request we had he also escorted us into all of the venues. Our drivers (abdul and the team) were also great and on hand to help with anything. D was calling regularly during the trip to check things were ok. Overall the experience with Marrakesh concierge was brilliant and i would book with them again. Thanks to all the team for making the weekend amazing!!!

An outstanding service from Marrakesh Concierge from the moment we were picked up from the airport till the end of our holidays. They booked the Villa, golfing, clubs and restaurants. MC enhanced every aspect of our time in Marrakesh. The most amazing thing was their response to last minute changes (of which there were a few) - “leave it with us”. Lo & behold our wish was granted. An insight into their strong relationships with night clubs and restaurants.

Excellent service and selection of bars and restaurant by Marrakech Concierge. Their understanding of the market and relationships with the restaurants and bars ensures you get a sit at the top table. I would recommend anyone going to Marrakech to use MC. Thank you team for showing us a wonderful time and experience. Prits

Amazing service from the team at Marrakech Concierge.
Our drivers Aziz and Hassan were excellent and always on time.
The MC team also chose and booked our golf courses and restaurants throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed fantastic golf courses, shows and great food at all the restaurants. Would highly recommend them.
