The order process was super easy. Mars Hydro is doing an excellent job of producing quality products. My 4x4, 2x2, and fce3000 are all working seamlessly.

I have the 6 tier plant stand for my rare house plants and have had zero issues and have been preaching to people they should get one of these over an IKEA build. My only issue is that it does seem to get fairly warm and its not easily regulated without some finageling.

Ordered through Amazon and never received the item.
Contacting and getting any answers is basically a joke.
I wouldn't use Amazon or mars-hydro again under any circumstances. Pathetic service and difficult to deal with

Great customer service and great products. I had a minor issue with an item and Mars Hydro replaced it at no cost. Good communication. I love every product I have bought from Mars Hydro and will be buying more. I look forward to future business. Hint: I prefer to buy from the website rather than Amazon. Thank you Mars!

I have purchased two ihub ac10 controllers,the smart kit(ppfd,co2 and substrate probe)one for each hub,a 6 inch inline and a 6 inch oscillating fan for the larger area and a 4 inch inline and 6 inch oscillating fan in a tent.The larger area area got a fce3000evo light,my first smart light.It all integrated reports and controls very well for the price point.
I had an intermittent return on one substrate probe but the team responded and interacted with very good practices and promptly replaced the sensor.
The latest app version addressed limitations in many areas,added menu items and graphing changes that indicate they are concerned with the continued direction of the product.Adding a six substrate probe capability with historical graphing is definitely a major change that allows multi root zone monitoring possibilities.

The substrate monitoring alone has revealed many hidden “secrets” that my old environment only controllers did not allow.

bought a pair of fans and both stopped working within a week and have green blinking lights
I emailed customer service using the form on their website and received no response
I then emailed again using my own email and again no response
I will not buy anything from this company again as although I have many other products which still work not replying to customers when you send faulty products is an absolute no from me

I love everything about there set up from the fan and tents

This is my third time ordering lights from Mars-hydro as my grow scales. Each time I have been happier than the last. These lights are quite bright while running at 75%.
Customer service has taken care of any small issue that has risen. And I'd like to personally thank Mushi for working with me and making sure everything was to my liking. Quality company, quality lights, quality humans. This is my personal experience in dealing with this company since 2024.

Im loving my grow tent kit. Its a ts1000 and I'm loving it. I'm probably gonna buy another tent real soon. 😁🤩🥰😍 There customer service was exceptional. They was super helpful. The new controller makes everything so much easier. Ive heard alot of people say they don't understand how to use it. But it's really easier after you get the hang of it.
I would recommend that if your growing this is the place to go. Very good product and affordable.

I just got the Samsung mars hydro for me 2x4 and the shipping was fast 5 days but I ordered on a 3 day holiday weekend the quality is really good It is a replacement for my vivosun 200 watt this covers the entire canopy unlike the vivosun the 120 Xtra watts are going to get my first grow through the flower phase the vivo just wasn't cutting it

Do not trust your hard-earned money or your indoor setups with Mars Hydro. Their marketing is completely deceptive, quality control is nonexistent, and their customer service is an absolute joke.

1 Defective Craftsmanship & Denied Warranty: Less than 6 months into standard indoor use, the main structural stitching along the tent zipper tape completely unraveled and separated. This caused massive structural sag and ruined the sealed environment. Despite a "1-year warranty," customer service refused to replace the defective canvas, told me to go buy a patch to fix it myself, and offered an insulting $40 credit to go away.

2 Blatant Size Fraud: They market their tent as a "3x3" in main titles to trick search algorithms and lure in buyers looking for a 9 sq. ft. footprint. In reality, the physical canvas measures closer to 32"x32" (2.6x2.6), shorting paying customers nearly 2 square feet of critical equipment and fixture space.

3 Proven Deceptive Specs: They intentionally inflate their technical metrics on Amazon to look competitive. For example, their "smart" dehumidifier is marketed on Amazon as an 18-pint unit, but on their other official sales channels like eBay, they list the exact same model number honestly as a 12-pint unit. They are willfully exaggerating specs by 50% depending on the platform.

This company sells cheap materials with inflated specs and leaves you completely stranded when their manufacturing fails. Take your money to a reputable brand that actually honors their warranty and respects their customers.

For the 3rd time in a row, something has gone wrong with my order. Either they send wrong items, broken items, items that will break in no time, or this time, the payment method using Klarna (dumb company) is not sound and they don't react to emails quickly enough making it so I'm gonna miss out on some deals, sadly. We've come to good outcomes before and I'm sure this will get solved, however, the inconvenience of having to do the extra work for a simple order is crazy. Their products, however, work very well and are well designed. If there are issues, they can get resolved.

I have yet to get a response from the 24/7 support team, I assume because it's a weekend? (Confused Pikachu face)

Edit: after some more contact with several companies involved, it is Klarna who is responsible, considering it was because of a technical difficulty on their end. They just didn't want to admit it when I contacted them at first, or one of their support team workers was very confused, I don't know. This made the whole thing kinda missdirected and stressful, but end-all-be-all, it's not the blame of Mars Hydro. We will see how long it takes on Klarna's end..

Update: After receiving payment back from Klarna I made the order with PayPal (no issues), waited for a couple of days but now everything but 1 item has been delivered (DHL claims everything has been delivered, hence why Im changing the review). I mean, like, bruh :')

Edit on update: After receiving a reaction (after the weekend) I was told the "drip irrigation kit" I ordered was out of stock. They didn't tell me this at the time of purchase :/. So we're now at the end of 2 weeks in from the first complaint and we're still not completely there. FAAHHH
