Ordered the Pingu Retro Speaker for my nephew. The packaging is really cute and he loved it.

Came in on time, even with all the holiday shipping, and the product itself looks great!

I ordered the Pingu lamp as a Christmas gift. It arrived before the holidays and works great. The lamp is more decorative and isn’t super bright but looks very well made and is adorable. NOOT NOOT <3

Awesome Pingu gift! I bought the Pingu humidifier for Christmas and it’s awesome.

I love Pingu so I was so excited to buy this lamp!! I’ll also buy the other items because it’s website is clearly the best website EVER!! Everything is so good quality! I also bought the « I love you mommy » Shin Chan Set and I love it so much!!

Purchased the Pingu humidifier and it’s the cutest thing ever! It looks just like the photos and feels high quality. I like that you can adjust the lighting settings on it too.

Finally some Pingu merchandise! Got the Pingu lamp as a gift for my brother- the package arrived promptly and was well packaged. I'm looking forward to seeing his reaction to it! It's so cute!

Parcontre pour répondre aux litiges, c'est une catastrophe. On ne lis même pas la demande du client et on répond par un message préenregistrés.

Martube fait appel au pire transporteur pour réduire ses coûts, et lors de litiges c'est à nous de le régler (Martube se contente de transmettre les coordonnées du transporteur, et advienne que pourra).
Le problème c'est que la société de transport ne répond pas au e-mail, et ment au téléphone. Ils disent changer l'adresse de livraison, déposer en point relais ou appeler le client. Rien n'a été fait et le colis est reparti chez Martube.
Devinez la suite ? Martube me répond à chacun de mes mails explicatifs :"dirigez vous vers le transporteur" avec leur message préenregistrés.
Résultats : mon colis n'est pas arrivé chez moi (il s'agit d'un cadeau de Noël), Martube n'a pas l'air de vouloir me renvoyer un article par envoie postale prioritaire (n'ayant aucune réponse à mes demandes de leur part) et un remboursement ne m'est même pas proposé !!

Cette entreprise ne considère que la carte bancaire du client et pas le client lui même, cette entreprise à des partenaires aux rabais et incompétent pour le transport, et cette entreprise ne répond pas aux demandes des clients.

I love the Pingu waterbottle. It's material is durable and the straw doesn't give off a bad taste to your drink. It's super cute and great as a gift. The strap is also of great quality.

They also package the items for you neatly. So if you come across a chance to get the gifting bag with your item, get it! You won’t regret it. Especially for my Pingu fans out there.

This product is absolutely beautiful and makes a wonderful gift. The overall quality is high, and you can really tell that a lot of care went into the design. Unfortunately, mine arrived with a defect. However, the customer service team reached out to me very quickly, and we tried to fix the issue together. I was immediately offered the option to either receive a refund or get a replacement.

Because I’m genuinely impressed by the product itself, I chose to have it replaced. The customer support was incredibly kind, helpful, and responded very fast, which made the whole experience so much better.

I can honestly recommend this product to everyone not only because it’s beautiful, but also because the team truly stands behind it.
