Shipping was long (3 weeks?) but once my items arrived, they made great gifts. Well appreciated. I was surprised by the quality as well.

I placed an order over 76 days ago, and it never arrived. I've tried contacting them, and they just told me I had to wait 30-40 days. The package never arrived, and they don't answer my emails. They don't offer a refund or anything. Terrible service.

It’s been 63 days and I still haven’t received my item. I followed the Martube team’s advice to wait 40–60 days, but over the past week they haven’t replied to my emails. I sincerely hope they will resolve this and that I receive my item soon.

Since the very moment I purchased, I emailed customer service to review my order and received a response within the first 24 hrs, and they kept in touch with me throughout the process of receiving my items.

I got the Bluetooth speaker, well packed, nice quality, no scratches, all items included. The HB Plushie also came in perfect condition. Lastly, I got the large drinkable mug, it has a good size, not small, and great quality! So happy with the purchase!

I recently ordered the Pingu speaker from Martube, but when it arrived, it unfortunately wouldn’t turn on, even after several attempts to charge it. I reached out to Martube’s customer service and after trying all of their troubleshooting tips and sending them a short video, they confirmed that the speaker was defective. They initially suggested I return it, but when I mentioned it was meant to be a gift, they were so kind and sent me a replacement right away without needing a return.

I’ve just received the new one, and I could not be happier, it works perfectly as described and looks super cute! My sister absolutely loved the gift (even though it's a little late) :D The sound quality is great for what you pay and the head tilting functionality is unfathomably cute. I believe you can also take calls on it but I have yet to test it. Also, I love the inclusion of the poster (really nice print quality) and of course the headphones are such a cute feature (it also works to turn the sound and head shaking off and on). However, I noticed that the quality of the headphones on this one seems better than on the first speaker, maybe they've upgraded the quality recently?

Also, it took ~15 days the first time and ~10 days the second time from when they shipped it to arrive. So in total (including processing) it should take around 2-3 weeks to arrive from date of order to Australia.

Saw the Pingu Speaker online and immediately fell in love. I bought it and it delivered well! It's so cute and the sound quality is a lot higher than I expected! Definitely one of my favourite purchases.

My experience was very pleasant. I got the Passion Pingu Cup. It had arrived quickly, packaged cutely, the product itself was such high quality. My friend loved the gift so much. I would recommend this site to everyone. It has a lovely range of products too.

Cute lamp and totally worth it, decent shipping time too

Had excellent experience with Martube! They have a very cute selection and received amazing customer support. I had bought a lamp and messaged them about some minor scratches and flaws out of curiosity for quality but no major expectations, but they offered to send me a completely new one! It has arrived and is perfect. love the support from Martube- and great price range and deals :)

I am happy with the speakers i got they work great. Shipping was fast. I have had the speakers since October of last year and they still work great i got the hello kitty and pochacco speaker.

Excellent little bottle! Wonderful bottle beautiful shape, a bit smaller that I’d like but the Pingu shape more than makes up for it.

Had a bit of trouble with the shipping as they tried to tell me I wasn’t home to receive it when I was.

Amazing product! The product came earlier than expected, in great condition and packaging. The product itself was really good.

My pingu speaker broke a few weeks after ordering, nothing specific happened just suddenly the sound is all cracking and it’s just overall such a disappointment as it was 40 something pounds
