Unfortunately, I purchased one of their gowns and now I'm stuck with it! When you go to their website, there are four categories of dresses to choose from:

OCCASION WEAR
DAY WEAR
SALE
Under the "Sale" category it states: UP TO 70% OFF - "NO RETURN AND NO EXCHANGE" but under the other three categories it doesn't say that (or anything at all for that matter). I purchased a gown from their "Occasion Wear" category...under that category, it doesn't say anything about "sales being final"...not on the dress page when you choose it, not on the "in your cart" page and not on the "checkout" page...no where does it say anything about Final Sale or No Exchanges or Returns! However, when you receive the dress there's a sticker on the package that says "No Returns" "No Exchanges"....I was shocked!! The dress, which is described as lightweight, weighed a ton...much too heavy and hot for a summer wedding...I wanted to return it, emailed them and was told that none of their dresses that are on sale are returnable or exchangeable (FYI - that's ALL of their dresses, very deceitful)! I told them it didn't say that on their website! They wrote back that, this is their policy...period! UNREAL! No-one should buy a dress from them! You will never be able to return it if it doesn't fit, or if there's an issue with the dress. Terrible customer service...they lost another customer today and hopefully everyone who reads this will go to another company to purchase a gown, they don't deserve your business!

Beautiful dresses but sizes too small not for modest wear. Even though I bought bigger sizes the dress styles are figure-hugging. Had quality issues with two of the dresses I ordered

I ordered three dresses for me and my daughters. One of the dresses. Something was wrong with it with the sleeves and it’s not wearable they would not exchange it or return it for me. we have a family wedding coming up and my daughter doesn’t have a dress to wear now.

I ordered from Germany and it was a great experience. Within few days I got my dress. The quality of the dresses are amazing.

I absolutely loved wearing this party maxi! It’s so comfortable but still looks super glam. The fit is really flattering and it moves beautifully when you walk or dance. I got so many compliments — I didn’t want to take it off!

Produkten var exakt i storleken och såg ut precis som på bilden. Leveransen kom dagen efter utsatt tid men meddelande skickades ut att den var försenad från London. Enda smolket i bägaren var att kartongen med min produkt som anlände var trasig. Men klänningen var helt utan skador.

This is the most beautiful dress I have ever purchased. It came three days after I ordered it it is stunning thank you.

The dress they sent me arrived with uneven sewing on side is literally bigger than the other and they refused to take it back please dont shop with them

This company is not complying with UK consumer law. Their stated policy refuses returns on standard sale items purchased online, despite the UK’s distance selling regulations giving consumers the right to return such items within 14 days for a full refund.

I contacted them twice to highlight this issue, but they dismissed my concerns and refused to acknowledge the policy breach.

A brand that does not respect its customers’ legal rights or provide a basic level of service cannot be considered trustworthy. I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend them.
