Fraud alert !
Very unprofessional customer service they claim that the bought product is on sale and all sale is not returnable though is the dress not marked as sale! I’m left with a total overpriced dress bad in quality which is absolutely new and the shop won’t take it in return. After long exchange they even say I have to pay for taxes and should better keep the dress ! Betraying customers nativity is not customer oriented. Would never recommend or buy from this shop ever again and I really want to warn everyone ever considering due to this very poor experience.
