Unhappy costumer
I have received my online order, however, I am not happy with my order.
First, because of one of the items which is: "A. BY BOM ULTRA TIME RETURN EYE SERUM". As I have received the item with an expiry date on 11 April 2020, which mean after less than 3 months from the day I receive it. If I have noticed that the expiry date is that soon, I would not purchase it. To be more transparent, honest, and clear with customers, you should write the date of expiry on the product details on your website.
Second, on your website, you mentioned that any orders above 40 pounds will get a free grapefruit bubble oil foam. My invoice was a total of 44.55 pounds, and I have not received the free grapefruit bubble oil foam.
After emailing the customer service, they try to convince me to use the nearby expiry date product even after the expiry date. But I am against that concept.
They sent me the free gift after my email.
Again I am still not happy with not being clear and honest and write all product details in the website. I don't think I will purchase any item in the future from Mask House or recommend to any friend.

We are sorry to hear that you have not been happy with our service and thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we feel the need to explain the situation to anyone else who may read this review, although the 200+ reviews we have already received will not agree with what has been said.
We are extremely sorry that there was a mix up with your order and the free gift was not added to the correct order (mistakes can happen as we are human after all) but as you have mentioned in your review this error was rectified and you received the free gift after our exchange of emails.
As for the comment saying that we are not transparent, honest and clear with our customers this is something that our customer’s will surely disagree on.
In short, you complained about the short expiry and it was evident that you were REALLY unhappy with us, but we did not “convince you to use the nearby expiry date product” we merely explained to you that the expiry dates on Korean products are a rule of thumb, the price reflected the fact that the product has less than 6 months expiry but not considered short expiry and even suggested that if you are really not happy with it then you could RETURN the item for a refund (as per our returns policy of course).
In response, you said you disagreed with our “expiry date explanation“ and further questioned why the need for expiry dates on these products but in the closing of your email you decided to keep the product anyway saying “I decided to keep the product "A by Bom Ultra Time Return Eye Serum", and therefore, I am looking forward to receiving the Free G9 Bubble Oil Foam which your team missed out by mistake.”
We were a little confused at this as you seemed to be REALLY unhappy with the product and expected a return but I suppose returning would have meant that you wouldn’t have received the free gift after all.
