Boiler Engineer
I had an excellent experience with Richard (boiler engineer) who came to fix my system. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and reassuring. He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and explained everything clearly so I understood what needed to be done.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and the pride he clearly takes in his work. He didn’t just do a quick fix — he made sure the boiler was running safely, smoothly, and more efficiently than before. He also gave me helpful advice on how to maintain it and avoid future problems.
The whole job was completed to a very high standard, and the difference was immediate. It’s rare to find someone this reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to good customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing boiler repairs or servicing. A top‑class engineer and a pleasure to deal with.

exorbitant repair costs
After paying a £132 call-out fee that resulted in no repair, I was quoted £450 labour to replace a £62 driver due to an internal policy. This makes routine household lighting repairs unaffordable.
