did not receive my cat litter
did not receive my cat litter. Shopping with this company now for nearly 2 years. Had issues with my previous order running super late, requested a refund which i was given. Same issue this time. Twice was told running late but on its way. Di not arrive. there correspondence to me was my cat litter had been delivered according to their tracking. All my parcels are delivered to my place of work as always before. this is a residential home staffed 24 hours a day, there is always someone to take in any parcels. When my cat litter arrives it comes in a big box, i take both bags out as they are very heavy and leave them in the porch so they easier to carry when i am leaving. Have e mailed twice to tell them this but they are still insisting that according to their tracking my order my litter was delivered. I have now asked twice for a refund but no response. I will NEVER order from this company again.

Super fast delivery
I ordered Rootblast Super Strength Concentrated Total Weed Killer at 12:02pm and received my order around 9:30pm the same day. I didn't pay any extra for speedier delivery, so I guess I just happened to get my order in before the courier came to collect for that day.

No communication
Ordered, had no contact about my order until I chased where I was then told it wasn’t in stock and they couldn’t give me my order. However, I did get a refund but it took a month to have it known that I couldn’t have my order
