MPA material was beyond helpful to assist me in passing PMP exam. Thanks so much. I would recommend.

- There are no subtitles, which can be a problem for those who aren't fluent in English but most importantly, it makes it so time-consuming when writing down whole sentences, having to pause the video, rewind it, play it again, and repeat - unlike other service providers where you can just pause the video, look at the "textbox" which displays everything that is said during the presentation.

- Additionally, the fact that it doesn't follow the PMBOK 100% in terms of when what subject is discussed is very frustrating, I use both to create my own summary and the fact that it doesn't follow the same structure just makes it unnecessarily complicated.

- Maybe a minor issue for some but the fact that whomever created the slides, uses odd grammar and creates weird sentence structures. This shouldn't be the case for a professional organization in the US.

These are all 100% verifiable and rather than addressing or admitting it, they want to discredit my review.

EDIT: As expected, they found my account and decide to CANCEL my lifetime subscription... NO WARNING OR REFUND - forcing me to now use LEGAL ACTIONS.

This is what happens when you try to give a real feedback, pointing out some issues with their service but still giving it three starts - they cannot handle it and rather than improving, they choose to be spiteful and cancel my lifetime subscription!

Concerning my EMAIL, it is my university email and you know it - you are just looking for an excuse to terminate my account. By that idiotic logic, cancel everyone's account with a university email.

Rather than trying to discredit my review, why don't you use this feedback to improve instead? As a result, downgraded to one star.

I start with a monthly subscription, then I liked to upgrade it to annual with an excellent offer only for $197 lifetime, I emailed them, and I did not get an answer after 24H; I was not happy with that, but I contacted them via Linkedin, it turned out they actually replied me within 24H. \even they took the necessary action, their reply went to my Spam folder. It was my fault as I did not check my spam folder.

I do recommend this course; it really very detailed, and they provide good customer service, well done Master of Project Academy :)

Great class and thorough information. Staff was really helpful when I inadvertently cancelled my annual subscription a day late, and immediately reversed the charge when I asked. I am impressed by the quality of the coursework and the customer service.

I bought the PMP flashcard set and used as a tool to help prepare for my exam. These in conjunction with online practice exams were the perfect combination for me to pass the exam. These were the most affordable and were perfect for what I needed.

I utilized Master of Project Academy for the PMP Simulated Exams. I passed my PMP exam. It was easy to enroll for a monthly subscription for the last leg I needed to pass the exam for my second attempt. Emily at MPA was very responsive which I really appreciated.

I applied for 60 PDUs for PMP certification and found the material of course very helpful and in systemic way to progress all the course subjects. The exam was very informatic and added learning process and very technically crafted all questions to increase any short coming of lectures. Recommended for busy PMPs who are busy due to their jobs and professional require60 PDUs Buddle course to enroll in the Master of Project Academy for completion of PDUs for PMP.

I'm a Veteran and they really took care of me. Not only do they have a Veteran appreciation discount but they have also been extremely responsive on my inquires. I've almost finished the content for the PMP portion and it's extremely broken down into palatable sections and you can interact and ask questions throughout the entire process. I have yet to see someone's questions answered or elaborated on. I was so satisfied with the learn at your own pace portion that after a week of going through the materials I also purchased the lifetime membership.

If you're looking for a training program and you're a self starter this is a great option.

Completed the PMI-ACP course in August 2020, preparation then stalled due to late delivery of textbook for study due to pandemic. Finally read textbook last Friday, completed practice exam with 82%, so booked exam for Monday. Around 14 hours additional study, obtained a really solid pass Monday afternoon. Course was both effective and cost effective.

While preparing for PMP I took one test series from Master of Project Academy. It was so much helpful and enough for me in getting ready for the Exam. The customer support was exceptionally well. Thank You Emily for that and thank you so much Master of Project Academy for this wonderful experience.

Great service! I forgot to cancel my membership and my credit card was automatically charged. I immediately told them that I forgotten to cancel and they issued me a refund.

I only purchased the simulator, which was good, but a bit too simple - the questions were no so well elaborated as I expected.

Great lecture, has tons of questions, and goes step by step. Defines everything you need to know. they also provide a LinkedIn community that you can connect with. Make sure you enroll and listen to the lectures carefully, and take all the exams it provides. Practicing questions will help you ace the exam!

I couldn’t passed the pmp without the quizz. Even though it is not perfectly aligned with actual PMP questions, it gave me a very good insight and way of reasoning to be successful for the exam.
Moreover it also provided me with a good way to analyse my gaps.
And finally I didn’t unsubscribe my one month plan but they were so professional to refund the unsuded month.

A great PMP prep and training hours option. The ability to get online and take my 35 hours at my own pace was a God-send during my time at a stressful job situation. Not only was the training excellent and comprehensive, the tutorials and quizzes really cemented my knowledge of the material. As 2020 came to a close and I realized that the exam format and topics covered would be considerably changed in January 2021, I finally bit the bullet and scheduled it for around Christmas and invested in their exam simulator. Between the easily accessible materials and the great exam simulation options I had, I was able to pass with Above Target in all domains.

I want to say that I'd been dragging my feet taking this exam for a while now and have had more than average experience with dealing with Master of Project Academy while I was studying on and off. I must say that their customer service is stellar and I was always helped with great promptness and kindness, well beyond the minimum, much thanks to Emily. It was really appreciated, thanks for making my exam studying and experience much less harrowing than it could have been!

I like the way the courses are arranged. Learning materials are cut into small snippets no longer than typical 10 minutes each to give flexibility in my daily schedules. The courses are understandably not interactive given the constrains of online leaning of the recorded discourses, however the efficiencies is much superb which is quite critical to the success of the exams. Master of projects did great job to make the PMP prep highly productive and instructive in the online learning environment. Highly recommended if you are a busy professional.
