Still waiting for corrections to be made and a preview to approve.

Couldn’t be happier with the finished products. I’ve got several for my friend’s Birthdays this year. The process is really easy, select a portrait, canvas size, up load a picture, sit back and wait.

The sample that I approved looked okay; however, when I received it, it was not done well. It appears that someone cut out my mother's head from the photo I provided and stuck it on this photo. Her neck doesn't line up with the neckline of the dress. This is not a quality product. I wasted my money and time. Not sure I will have time to get another Mother's Day gift.

After a few pictures sent back and forth the picture was finally finished. The picture arrived today and the person receiving it was very happy with it.
While it took a long time and I paid extra for a rush on it,I was still happy with the outcome

I think, like a lot of people, I was a bit hesitant about getting this. However, I am beyond happy with it, turned out amazing, the customer service, delivery (out to New Zealand) and feedback from the team was excellent, and the art itself is priceless in laughs. Would highly recommend, and I will definitely be getting another piece at some point.

Flexible with making the correct decision on the canvas art work! Wonderful communication with all my question. The art work looks wonderful and can’t wait to receive it!

Only negative would the website should have a listing of all the art work “costumes” you can choose from. Not just a listing of what other customers have purchased.

Love the work I received them but they will be a gift for my Mother on mother's day everything is great. I Myself can't wait to see her face thank you once again great job.

Pleased with the ability to view the proofs before final print, professional shipping. Purchased “The Admiral” as one of the gifts my husband’s 30th birthday. I plan on nonchalantly placing it somewhere in the Airbnb we’re renting this weekend to see if he notices, lol.

My first piece was amazing, nice paper, already framed. My recent purchase was the opposite, normal paper stock, no frame, poor photoshop. Won't be returning again if your quality has changed this much in the last 6 months.

Their artwork team's job is terrible. They didn't want to do photoshop work for themselves, they just cut off the face and paste it in wrong direction of body. It's not the 1st time, but again disappointed

The final product was exactly what I wanted but I had to email in to get updates and get things going. I ordered product a month before I needed it for gifts and feel like if I had not emailed asking when it would be shipped it would not have made it on time.

Beautiful work! And fast delivery. I got my blankets and mug within two weeks.

This team of consumate professionals created an unbelievable retirement gift for me. The photo i sent was less than ideal for this application, yet they worked to make it a wonderful offering. I ordered back in mid January and my product is still not “sent to artist” “shipped” or “delivered.”

I was told that it was unlimited revisions, however each time I attempted to revise the “crop and paste” job it returned in the exact same condition. As a result, it is now the day before Valentine’s Day and my product is still unfinished and not shipped, even though I paid extra to ensure it’s prompt arrival. It’s been approximately a week and a half since I’ve accepted the unsatisfactory “crop and paste” portrait to ensure it would arrive on time and it has still yet to ship.

There is absolutely no artistry involved in this process. The pictures on the website and the Instagram account in nowhere near what will actually be received. This was a complete waste of time and I am horribly sorry that I wasted it on such an endeavor.

I am highly unsatisfied.
