I purchased 3 bags of their matcha latte. When I received them, I was stunned to learn they lied about the amount of servings in each bag. I asked to return them as they are unopened in the box I received them in. They refused the return.

I have been with this company for years and not sure what has changed but I find it profound that nobody is responding when there's an issue. This is very unprofessional. I have been charged for an order that was paid in full on 12/12/2025 with a status of unfulfilled. I reached out via email and left a message on their website and get a return message saying we will get back to you soon. It is now 12/20/2025 and still no response nor receipt of paid product. This is unacceptable and I will be taking other actions in hopes of getting my money back.

I placed an order on their website for $132 on Dec. 4, they immediately charged my cc however as of Dec. 11 the order is “unfulfilled” on their website. I emailed them to cancel the order and refund my cc and they have not responded. I suggest not doing business with matcha.com.

Bad customer service. I tried to cancel within the cancellation period and they still dispatched the order after multiple emails asking them not to. They've just put the stress on me to return it. They are completely unresponsive, too. I haven't tried their products but the service alone should put everyone off.

I ordered a box of 20 bottles of Matcha Burn last month and my doctor told me to send them back because I am immunocompromised. I sent the box back with their label in their original box.
Now they are not returning my phone calls ( the same voice is used to no avail.
Now they are telling me that they don’t have my order number or any other information about me and did I take pictures of the box and or of the product. Or for that matter of the tracking number. I haven’t any of those things, but I used to run a business and I didn’t lose people’s returns. So and let me tell you something else, they lied about Elon Musk’s involve it in the company. Furthermore, they touted this as a good way to lose weight. In further investigation, it had none of the ingredients that is weight loss producing. I now believe this is a scam and I should never have gotten involved with them.

I placed an order over a week ago. The site tauts 2-4 day shipping. I have heard nothing from the company after multiple emails. This company is a scam.

We ordered matcha in bulk aswell as a 30 gram tin to use as a sample weeks ago. We payed €50 shipping costs both times so it would be delivered in 2-3 days since we had a deadline. Weeks later: still no matcha. it is impossible to contact them in any way. We emaild them multiple times asking for a refund, and later we aksed for a way to return the matcha once we revieve it, that is the only time they answered, they told us: good news, the matcha is on the way. So now we payed over €300 to recieve nothing.

Impossible to get in touch with. They claim they offer a 30 day return policy but you must email them first. Well, when you email, their auto-response says they'll get back to you within 1 business day but no one replies. I've sent three emails over two weeks and have yet to get a response from customer service.

The ingredient list on their web page does not match to the ingredients on the product I received, though the name on the package is identical (adaptogenic matcha late).

In what I received there is more Lakanto (an added sweetener) than matcha powder as it comes before matcha in the ingredient lists. However on their web page they don't even mention Lakanto as an ingredient at all. Very misleading!
