I have rented from Hurr a couple of times and always had a very good experience - I like using it for weddings etc to reduce my carbon footprints and increase variety in outfits.
Most recently I rented a Rixo dress from a private seller, who was very communicative and the dress arrived spotless. I like that the seller is responsible for dry cleaning and the optional damage protection which gives peace of mind. I will continue to use Hurr in future.

I really can’t recommend Hurr enough! I rave about your service to anyone who will listen…in this time of throwaway fashion, it feels good to take the guilt away from purchasing new! I love spending time choosing an outfit for a special occasion and adding to my ‘wish list’ for future events.
I have had nothing but great experiences with all of my rentals and will continue to recommend to anyone who will listen 💘

The website was easy to use. There was a lot of selection and everything is explained well. Communication was good and everything went smoothly.

I love the flex boost of cash that is on offer. Such a fabulous range of dresses to choose from for formal events. I wanted 2 statement dresses and it was easy from start to finish to rent the dressess from 2 different lenders on the site. Charges are clear.

Rented a dress twice now and both were perfect for the occasions. Arrived on time, excellent condition and its a very easy process!

I had a brilliant experience using HURR. The whole process, from browsing and booking to receiving and returning my rental, was seamless and stress-free. The item arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described, and the communication throughout was clear and helpful. Have to pay your premium next day postage even if the dress doesn't fit you which can be pricey.

Absolutely love using hurr! Have used it multiple times now to rent dresses I love for special occasions that I wouldn’t wear again if I bought, love supporting the sustainable fashion industry

The dress I originally rented was cancelled quite last min because it had been returned in poor condition BUT since it was from their managed collection Hurr were super helpful and offered me lots of alternative options. I ended up with a different dress that I loved and was in fab condition. The return process was so super easy too. I highly recommend as a more economical and sustainable way to wear luxury outfits. I'm already booking in my next one!

I am so disappointed by this company! I had an order with them that just simply never came. When I followed up, they then stated there was an issue and offered a £20 credit note to which I stated that was insufficient. They then kindly offered to sort out a complimentary rental & stated “We’re genuinely sorry, and as a gesture of apology, we’d like to offer you a complimentary rental of your choice, whenever it suits you. There’ll be no charge at all — just let us know when you’re ready, and we’ll take care of everything.”

Well! When I’ve finally been ready to use it, they’ve issued me with a discount code that only covers the rental & some fees, I still have to pay expensive delivery costs & cleaning fees (totalling £30). I got back in touch with Daisy who was the person assisting me, only for her to have stopped replying any of my emails!

Very disappointing service and after this rental is complete, I certainly will never be using them again & do not recommend anyone else to use them either.

Super easy rental from start to finish! I rented a dress through the managed section (dresses that are rented out directly by HURR team, rather than an individual) and it was very swift and easy. The team were very helpful when my original dress rental could not be fulfilled and arranged for an alternative option to be rented for no extra charge. The dress was gorgeous and perfect for the occasion!

I have used HURR twice now for the purpose of renting dresses. The website is easy to navigate, there are so many options and all the sellers/lenders are lovely. I also love the option of being able to rent for 4 days :)

I rented an item out, and it was returned late & completely ruined with a cigarette burn, multiple rips and staining
The renter would not respond to any of my messages or requests for reimbursement at which point I contacted HURR
This has been going on for weeks now, HURR have been delayed in responding to me on any of my messages, and have only offered to pay for any alterations or dry cleaning (and even that haven't actually agreed to pay anything yet!)
The dress is ruined, I won't be able to wear it again or rent it out - but despite this the thing I'm most annoyed about is how poor the HURR customer service has been at trying to reach a conclusion and offer me some sort of pay out or compensation for my ruined dress

HURR has incredible options and a seamless service. The user experience is brilliant and I've now rented from them a number of times.
