I had been married 37 years when my husband came to me wanting a divorce. The thought of dating again scared me to death. Especially at my age and how long it had been since I had been in the dating scene. Irene with The Matchmaker Company put my mind at ease. Since registering as a candidate with the Company in late July, I was given 3 introductions.......all by Sasha, my lead match maker. Being a newbie in the process, I was quickly seeing and meeting 3 women. I am currently seeing one woman named Ellen......I have now seen Ellen a total of 5 times within 2 months and we have seemed to connect very well and have a lot in common !!!! I certainty appreciate and owe the matching process success to Sasha. I have spoken to Sasha and informed her that I was truly grateful that this matching process turned out to be so successful. Currently, I told Sasha to put my account on "happy hold". I submitted a 5 star rating to Sasha.

Less than zero rating
Less than zero rating. I paid $500 for 6 introduction to have a chance to meet someone I could love. I did this because I am an older woman and don’t want to have to worry about background issues in this day and age.
I was so excited to start this new experience and meet a possible match, but this is turning out to be a nightmare. Two of my three “introductions” were not even in the game. I’ve never even met them.
I wonder if this company has enough men/women to match up? I am reasonably attractive, intelligent, and likeable, but it has been 2 months since my last introduction. I called Larry who said it can take up to 2 months between introductions. Two month! Really!!?? You are already a couple days past 2 months!
I do NOT like this turtle pace and I do NOT recommend this company at all.
We’ll see how the other intro’s go if they ever get them to me. I will post again if they do or don’t. Today’s date is 9/12. The last introduction was 7/10. Ughhhh I do not like writing bad reviews.

I have been with Matchmaking over 2 years. I have met 3 men that weren’t anything like what I asked for. I met one that was possible but he had no interest in me. So no second dates. I also had 3 that decided after one short conversation they didn’t think we were a match. Isn’t that Matchmaking job?! Because of Matchmaking I have decided I’m better off alone.

Things like height, hair, and body type might be strong initial attractors for some, but they are not the traits that make a relationship last. Those things are lifestyle similarities, shared values, and deeper qualities that won't fade over time. We are committed to finding introductions with long-term potential that goes beyond superficial traits.
In the end, it worked out!
In the end, it worked out. I found a good match. Initially it was difficult to go through so many matches that felt like weren’t a good fit. But that’s expected when you trying to find the right fit.
