The importance of the smell of the car should not be overlooked. Mine had 3 factors going against it which made me feel quite sick (even with my mask and window opened a little): 1) body odor, 2) cheap car freshener, and 3) the food the driver decided to open during my ride. Not an easy trip home.
Really unfortunate that your company doesn't emphasize the rider experience.

I got two different texts from 2 different people saying they had arrived to pick me up, then the car that arrived had a license plate that did not match the plate number provided in Matrix's email, even though the driver's name did match. Made me consider sending the gentleman on his way and taking a cab to avoid such a sketchy situation. Very disappointed since I have been using Matrix for years.

The driver was supposed to wait for me at the lobby of Terminal 4 with a sign with my name but he wasn't. It was a serious problem of communication I have to call Matrix to find out where the driver was. The driver had only two months of working with Matrix and he was not very familiar with the Airport. In addition I was supposed to pay $125 and I ended up paying $151.

I highly recommend Matrix Limo. Their cars are clean, drivers are courteous, and their systems are fully automated.

Javits Center to LaGuardia in mid-afternoon went smoothly. Upon arrival at LGA, I was informed that my flight was delayed 12 hrs, 10 min, meaning it was rescheduled to leave early the next morning. Matrix driver brought me to Yonkers for overnight & arranged to pick me up at 4:30 a.m. to try LGA again. Fantastic service accommodating to my needs in this less-than-ideal situation.

We were extremely satisfied with the service we received from Atou. He was very helpful and gracious. It could not have been a better experience. The car was clean and comfortable.

My husband and I have used Matrix for many years and have NEVER been disappointed. The cars are clean, the drivers are friendly, and they know how to get us to our destination regardless of road conditions.

Excellent communications, reliability, and service, and value!

Matrix was excellent when it came to communication. We received both a text and email to confirm our departure and arrival pickups. Prior to pick up we received a text with our drivers name and license plate of the vehicle. When our departure plane was late, the driver texted us where to meet him. When we arrived, it took us only a few minutes to locate him especially in the typical LGA traffic.
