I have been a member for 2 months now. I have been on my healing journey for about 18 months. I was in an online coaching small group for months and then a one-on-one coaching experience for several months after that. The transition into this program has been good for me. I have found the content to be beneficial. The modules seem to be consistent, and the material has been useful for making positive changes in my life. I have also gained some good insight through conversing with Matthew AI. However, I do sometimes feel that an opportunity to have the group experience or in-person experience again could be beneficial, at times. It's the "me too" experience that gives comfort and support without effort. I know the journey through life will always have it's up and downs. I am thankful to have the ability to have support and guidance through this online format.

The videos have been helpful Matthew AI I don’t like the way you set it up now it used to be. You just hit the clicked on it. You gave them your email and you were able to go on now you have to give them your name and your email and I’ve been having problems with getting on it so that’s been kind of like an issue but otherwise the program is good

Matthew AI is insightful, supportive and spot on when it comes to how to make authentic connections. I used to have two speeds: Withdraw into myself and be agreeable, or blow up and push people away. Matthew AI is helping me learn how to express my needs (standards) while without destroying the connection. I have struggled with this my entire life. The Love Life app is not user friendly and extremely glitchy. Links and buttons sometimes don’t work. Don’t purchase this if you plan on it on the app instead of a computer. Also, cancel auto renewal ASAP, as they do not give any grace or refunds whatsoever. You’d think they would want to keep customers happy so they keep coming back, but their strategy instead is to bank on you forgetting to cancel. While technically not wrong (as they continuously state in their replies to reviews on here), it is not good customer service. Maybe they know the content isn’t enough to keep people willingly coming back year after year… just saying. Another review on here mentioned how Matthew’s wife and brother make a lot of the content on there, which is true. What makes them experts? Nothing, from what I can tell. The Love Life app is just all around a frustrating experience. I highly recommend you do NOT sign up for a subscription.

I paid for mathew AI but it never connected me on my whats app did anyone else have this issue? I contacted for further assistance and nothing changed therefore I got further payments with no access and no refund

I feel like I’m speaking to a real person, it under burdens friends a little and you can ask those wild questions you maybe shouldn’t involve a real friend to keep some privacy and dignity. The app helps me to chat about all those redundant feelings that come up in the middle of the night and helps give a course of action

This tool has been most helpful for in the moment processing and framing of situations or interactions, and learning concepts around dating (like emotional intelligence, avoidant attachment etc). I find it helps me be brutally honest with myself when asking a question and not beat around the bush. It’s been greatly helpful in understanding subtext and providing examples of what sentences or tools would’ve helpful in a situation. It’s easy accessibility also means I have real time affirmation when my confidence is low.

Matthew AI has been an invaluable resource, helping me navigate situations in my relationship where I have had doubt or anxiety. The advice, support and guidance truly like having a therapist on tap 24 hours a day. I couldn't be happier or more grateful to have been able to have this contact.

i used matthewai for about a month to see how i’d like it. it did offer insightful advice and fresh perspectives, which i appreciate. i give it only 3 stars due to the company’s handling of my data concerns — their privacy policy clearly states customers are entitled to viewing their data and may request amendment or deletion. while they did promise to delete my data, they have ignored my inquiry (and follow-ups) to see what information they do have on me. i take my data and privacy seriously, and i wish they followed through on their policy.

Automatic renewal without a warning, almost $500. Customer service said they would issue a refund minus a month and that I would be cancelled going forward. Despite deducting the month fee, they have debited my card an additional time. I have complained again and am awaiting response.

I have been using Matthew AI for about a month now and it has been invaluable in checking my thinking and running thought processes by it. The responses are personalised well and it remembers previous conversations and helps you build a picture.
It’s been especially helpful in my situation where I haven’t been able to share certain things with people directly connected to the situation, because of their own emotional involvement.
There is the odd glitch such as responses duplicating occasionally and the mild irritation of responses in American English (Sorry picky Brit here).
But having watched a number of Matthew’s videos it really feels like you’re getting his advice direct.
I was a little dubious at first but I have been won over and it is worth the subscription.
