Navigating early dating and then a break up was pretty traumatic for me after years of grief counselling which left me really feeling my feelings. Matthew AI was there to talk me off every ledge - from how to respond to mixed messages, calling out noncommittal behaviour and helping me navigate the aftermath of how I felt. But it’s not only relationship advice- I have found so much value in books that have been suggested, the career advice regarding salary negotiation and how to extend my social engagements with purely my own joy in mind. I’ve reconnected with a previous sport, I’m trying new things and when I’m vulnerable, my WhatsApp wingman is there to remind me of my progress. It’s hard but I am rewiring habits that were formed in my teens.

I signed up for a $7 one‑month trial for Matthew AI instead they instantly charged me $199 for an annual subscription after a single click pop up appeared post-checkout which I must’ve accidentally clicked. I only noticed the charge about 10 days later. I reached out to support right away.

The response from head of customer service was poor: no sympathy or acknowledgement of the financial strain this caused, just “you agreed to the terms” and that it was a good deal.

I was refused a refund.

Apparently I’ve got the AI service for a whole year against my will, lucky me! It would cost this company next to nothing to refund me and honour the $7 one month trial I wanted.

For a brand that prides itself on trust and integrity, this is very misaligned and unethical. Even Matthew AI itself said this was handled poorly and should be escalated to leadership.

It is very reassuring that I can ask questions 24/7 and get a very effective and thoughtful answer right away. I highly recommend Matthew AI.

I absolutely love Matthew AI! I was skeptical but I have gotten the best answers to questions, from what I should ask to discover if we are compatible to how to broach the subject of intimacy. And the answers are always as specific and personal as the prompts that I share in the description. I even brainstormed with Matthew AI about what kind of gifts would be appropriate for a new love relationship. I've listened to alot of Matthew Hussey and the AI sounds exactly like him, the same thoughtful, insightful advice I hear on his podcast and YouTube.

App did not appear as the list on regular subscription. When deduction made without being notified, they refused refund even though I no longer had any access to the account.

Most of Matthew's content takes a biased view point. There is nothing neutral about his content - most of it alludes to men being the problem in dating and relationships which is sad to hear.

I was attending the retreat online and it was, even virtual, an incredible live experience that I have recommended to all my friends. The energy was amazing, even at home I danced and laughed and there was plenty of interaction in the chat. The program was packed with many very useful insights, tools and metaphors that make it easy to remember. Even though the days were long, the vibes were amazing and Matthew talked in such a fascinating way you will not loose your focus! Next year I plan to be there again. I would say from my personal perspective I think it is one of the best investments I have done in years!

I loved the retreat and will definitely be joining next year. I especially loved the work on my inner child, which I never really understood, I put a picture of a red cardigan as my screensaver which reminds me of then, and I’m looking after her daily, I loved the breathing exercises too, I’m still a little unsure about my bodyguards, but working with my inner child is the 20% that I need right now, I’ve been through a lot, and this is helping me, so thank you very much 😊😊

What an amazing experience! I've been listening to Matthew Hussey for a couple of years, have read his book Love Life, and am even a member of the Love Life community. I was surprised and so grateful that this retreat opened my eyes up to new and VERY effective ways of tackling a root/core issue for me: Confidence. As well as reframing how I view my current circumstances relative to what I want and don't have right now. So glad I did this!! Thank you Matthew Hussey for all you are doing!

I love this, but in all honesty haven't been able to utilise it to its full potential as I just can't meet guys in order for me to be able to put in to practice the tools. Where are they?!?!

This was the MOST amazing retreat I have been on.
Matthew "owned" the stage and doing the entire presentation just himself was so personal. He is so real and his advice is great. I did the replay and enhanced my notes and am so thankful for your team!!

Loved the retreat. I listen to the first day 3 times, I didn’t make it through the whole retreat. Sad. I wish there was a to keep it longer. The platform for the retreat was the reason why I am giving 4 stars and not 5. There was no rewind or forward function. It was hard to use on my phone.

The Weekend Retreat was profoundly impactful and delivered so many valuable takeaways.
It was an enormously enriching experience, filled with multiple 'aha' moments that shifted my perspective on both how I view myself and dating.
One of the biggest lessons was the realization that "Plan B, C, D, or F" can truly become "Plan A."
It was empowering to understand the importance of being present in the 'teething period'. I'm taking the advice about the "teething period" to heart!
Learning to say no to the wrong things, recognizing my own emotional buttons, and focusing on doing what I can with what I have and making magic out of it.
The energy in the room truly reminded me of my own capability. I am excited to integrate these new insights into my life.

Matthew's Retreat is essential for EVERYONE. While mostly adversed that increases your confidence, you'll benefit greatly from much more. The tools you'll learn shine a light on your childhood and environmental conditioning, traumas and behavior patterns. They will help you to realize that the way you are operating- and what it represents on the surface- not align with what you truly want from your life. The course is essential shift into new you, new way of thinking and seeing the life. I can't thank You & the Team enough 💜

The retreat was really transformative for me. I had numerous “aha” moments. That was great, but most importantly I felt this time I had the tools to implement small changes in my life that would stuck. This time I knew what I had to do and not just understanding it on an intellectual level. As Matthew says epiphanies are underrated, action and change in habits is what sticks. I highly recommend the retreat for anyone who is looking to start making decisions from a place of love and trust and not insecurity and fear. And the best part - the people I met!
