Mattioli woods is a pension company…
Mattioli woods is a pension company that charges £335 PER HOUR FOR AN ADMIN ASSISTANT!! This is a figure taken from my last invoice. The productivity of the admin assistant isn’t quick so they have a license to print money.
I have now moved our pension, they provided a very mediocre service for a high price.
BEWARE THEIR CHARGES ARE EXCEPTIONALLY HIGH AND SERVICE IS NOT GOOD!

Extremely good service
Extremely good service. There is no pressure and my consultant listens and advises accordingly. The administration staff are very efficient and everything is followed up quickly and easily.

Some correspondence from head office…
Some correspondence from head office could be more detailed especially what invoices are for leading to less need for clarification. They could also be more personal in correspondence. I do believe they provide an excellent service and have their clients interests at the heart of what they do. Experience over almost twenty years has been very positive as has my relationship with my consultant.
