Is this a scam?
Invited to several market research surveys with the promise of payment if I qualify. The qualification process takes 10-15 minutes in which a huge amount of information is extracted, only to find ‘you do not qualify’ for payment. I call ‘scam’ and recommend you stay away from Maven.

Ignorant, unprofessional, discriminatory
These wonderful people sent me a letter accusing me of being a Putin's fascist, having blood of Ukrainians on my hands and further nonsense like that, only for the fact that I was born in Russia. The funny thing, I've been an opposition activist for at least 10 years before immigration, my 2 friends are jailed by Putin, also I have strong ties to the Ukraine and helped my friends in Kyiv. I'm pretty sure that I've done more for the Ukraine than this whole company of keyboard warriors. For those who work with Maven - beware, next time they'll accuse you for being of the wrong nationality, or place of birth, or race, or gender.
PS. Thank you for your reply! I fully understand that you can't do operations in Russia after the invasion, ie working with Russian-based providers. What I don't understand is the communication your company sent me regarding "blood on my hands", "my involvement in crimes" and other nonsense, after I clearly articulated my anti-war position and involvement in protests. I want other consultants be aware and not be surprised when they get blamed for their nationality or any other characteristics. Also, please pay attention to the fact, that the absolute majority of 5-star reviews are from people with just 1 review, and written just recently.

Totally unprofessional. Survey quality is a total disaster, just let your surveys get filled by a bot. That’s the same quality.
PS: I have been in contact with so called service team several times. They didn’t care at all, hence the review here. That you are putting pressure via Trustpilot to delete the review shows your trustworthiness.
