I knew my tire would be flat by the end of my work day. I decided to stop by the store before work when they first opened. I was concerned there may be a long wait without an appointment. Tito was friendly and professional. He was able to schedule me immediately, to reduce my late arrival to work. Matt worked quickly to ensure I was taken care of. I was very pleased with the good service provided. I’m glad I purchased my tires there. Highly recommend this store!

I want to get an inspection. Ethan was there nice guy, but the whole experience afterwards went terrible. The inspection guy lied about what was wrong with my truck so it made me feel like they wanted me to get them to fix everything. He lied about what I needed to fix on the truck. He said I need new rotors all the way around and pads and new ball joints upfront bottom so I took his word for it and went ordered my rotors and pads, but not the ball joints. I have a good mechanic that does work for me and when he changed the rotors and pads, he was surprised that I failed told me I didn’t need new rotors. The only thing I needed was the back pads that’s it then he took a prybar to the tires upfront and he said there’s nothing wrong with your ball joints. They don’t move at all. So I got an inspection somewhere else, and I told the inspection station that he found me for my ball joints. I already replaced my rotors and brake pads, which I didn’t need to when they got done. They passed it and said there was nothing wrong with my ball joints.Do not trust this NTB on Cedar Road.
I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment on Mother’s Day for an oil change on my wife’s car. I was the second person there, but the other customer and I had the same appointment time. After checking in with the service desk, I was told it would take an hour and a half. Seriously? I had an appointment and was one of the first customers there.
I waited outside and, after the full hour and a half had passed, I finally saw the mechanic come to get my car. I was shocked. It was already 10:40 a.m., and I was still waiting for a simple oil change. That’s ridiculous.
To make matters worse, I was charged $140 for a basic oil change and two windshield wipers. You will never see me at the Saint Lucie West location again

We love this Mavis store and all of their employees. Been using this store for about 5 years now and no matter who the manager is, we are always impressed.
DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!
VERY Poor customer service; Poor Communications; ran my battery down then replaced it with a low battery; knocked off repaired rusted areas around the wheel well on both sides of the truck; replaced the spark plugs but were not tighten and I smelled weed on one of them.
I went to the shop because my truck would start then stop, Supervisor Giovanni, who was always pleasant and personable, said yes, so I towed there. Noon the next day I hadn't received an update; I drove by to see someone sitting on the tailgate. Later returned for an update to get that there was no update - they were busy but would call me. 5:55pm, I called for an update to be told "we're sure it’s the spark plugs, that will fix it." The next morning, I called and was told we ordered "a cap" and that might fix it because it won't start. What cap!? No one called me about "a cap, for what!" Giovanni couldn't explain it and the mechanic was out. So, I went to the shop to find that it didn't start because they had the key turned on all night and they were attempting to charge the battery. I saw my wheel well material on the ground, how and why they were down there I don't know, the door and hood open as they attempted to recharge my battery draining the battery. I asked to speak with the mechanic was clear and well versed in his explanation of his assessment. I waited a few hours, met and shared my experience with the manager who was not on site yesterday. He was apologetic and said that they typically only work brakes and tires but would get me taken care of today. I asked why his supervisor wasn't aware of that policy before he confidently told me to tow it to the shop? I left, as I got on 316, the manager had the supervisor call me to say that they couldn't repair my truck. Now why didn't the manager have the supervisor tell me that when I was there 6 minutes ago? So, I had to pay over $400 for spark plugs and 2 tows to have it back home. What a mess! Initially I was not going to write a review but here it is! This is too much. I miss the former management team and the level of professional service under Isaiah's watch!
