I ordered a lawnmower/strimmer set.
After initial confirmation email have had no communication from maximomarket whatsoever.
They don’t answer emails or texts.
Please, please be aware & do not order from this company. They should be closed down.

BE AWARE!!!

this company is a scam operation, product ordered on line, received order confirmation, shipping information all by email. NO PRODUCT DELIVERED!!

No response from customer support by email, phone numbers on the website do not work.

Company and registered owners now reported to Action Fraud.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!

Ordered a mower from them after asking online of it was new or refurbished and got a answer straight back, checked that their website was in legit, it was set up in 2011 and has until next year to run so went ahead and ordered it. Then nothing, no calls answered or email responses.
Fortunately my card provider is sorting it out.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Like many others here, I purchased an item from this website and never received it. Despite multiple attempts to make contact, the company is unreachable. Avoid at all costs

Scammers did not deliver my item and no response to enquiries.
If you buy from these fraudsters you will not receive anything.

PLEASE READ REVIEWS PRIOR ORDERING!!! I didn't, and what all reviews say, is right. Site's a scam and they are crooks!! No one will answer queries and phone numbers are fake!! KEEP WELL AWAY. I have to try and get refund through credit card. Very angry and disappointed!!

As said bellow it's a scam Web.

I made a purchase of Henry Hoover for 90£ and only after no delivery I started looking into website and realised few red flags. No reviews,the email typo and checked my bank and money had gone to Andreea Ciprian Lt. Quick Google and all came to light of what sort of scam business it is.

Of course I got in touch with them,but no refund or answer have been given.

Emails send to Citizens Advice and action fraud have been notified,they will take it take this further with investigation and trading standards.

Crime reference has been given to me and unfortunately I paid via debit card!!

They have broken the law and the contract of sale.

SCAM, Fraudulent website

I ordered a lawn mower which was never delivered. The phone numbers and the chat don’t work. The scammer responded initially through email (support@maximo) but he has stopped responding once the order was placed. Andrea Ciprian is a fraud.
I made my payment via credit card, I’ve contacted my bank and they have raised a dispute.

This company is a fraudulent. On their website they claimed their base is is Chingford, yet the payment is taken by Andreea Ciprian Ltd in Leeds. Company registered address is in Leicester. No emails provided to contact. No response from online contact form. Mobile numbers on website are dead. Two weeks on my fridge freezer still hasn't been delivered and no contact. I have reported this to credit card company.

i bought a fridge freezer and everything seem legit as i checked it and even rang the mobile and someone answered to assist me. No delivery !

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! Same as everyone else! Ordered a Panasonic microwave, was told it was on its way and would be with me by 1st June. Needless to say nothing, no reply to emails, no one on the end of a phone etc, so I am reporting this to my bank, hopefully with enough people doing this this company will be prosecuted. Just hate even to give it one star

I ordered a lawn mower a couple of weeks ago, there is no order, no one answers emails, phone numbers are fake. I am very upset that such a scale of fraud is open on the Internet and with impunity. don't order anything from them!

Exactly the same experience as all other reviews. Ordered Panasonic Microwave - out of stock at Curry’s. Everything about MaximoMarket’s website seemed genuine, so ordered same item through them.
Convincing email confirming order and link to Crown Shipping quoting delivery date and tracking reference.
Item not arrived, tried chasing by email, no response. Contact details show phone numbers but impossible to connect to anyone.
Have reported this to credit card company and they are investigating company and fraudulent transactions.

This company called maximomarket is simply here is duped people their hard earned money. I ordered a ninja blender, they never send anything, I tried all I could to reach them all to no avail. I pray I will be able retrieve my money back through the bank. Somebody should please stop this fraudster.

As everyone else, did my research prior to ordering my JBL earbuds. No alarm bells were ringing - site seems legit, I googled them - nothing untoward. The price of the item wasn’t so cheap to make me think it was a scam. It was the same price as curry’s but as it was a sale item the store / website had none left so I thought nothing of it as these scammers were selling at the same price. Only difference they did have stock.

Got the emails etc etc. Then nothing. Contacted the courier, the “support” email, the chat all no reply.

Reported to bank and action fraud.

Feel so stupid that i was taken in. Very convincing. Have to stick to physical store or Amazon!

Before I write this review I was asked what can be done to help this business?
They are not a business they are just scammers!
They take your money and don't deliver. They don't answer emails or phone calls. Please don't try and buy anything from them as you will receive nothing. Pay that little bit extra with Argos, Currys etc for a guaranteed product.

Scam. They offer cheap price and never deliver.

Totally MF. The same as everyone else on here. Ordered a fridge/freezer £158.00 unfortunately on my debit card and again given a tracking no. Told 7 days for delivery. I realised I wouldn’t be in in that day so asked for the following day which they replied via email not a problem and would be in the afternoon. It got until 1700hrs, nothing. I emailed them and they actually had the audacity to tell me it would arrive between 1800-1900 hrs that evening……..Tah Dah….. NOTHING!

Sent several emails since and asked for a refund. Believe it or not they replied again saying I’d be refunded and it would show in my account within 5 days. I asked for confirmation (last.4 digits of card), no reply…. And of course NO REFUND.

Have notified my banks fraud department who are looking into it. They have temporarily refunded the monies but could take the monies back if they don’t find anything untoward!!!!

I ordered a fridge freezer as advised by the online chat representative.
I ordered from here after I typed "check if a scam company" on google and it said it was a legit site. So please do not fall for that.
Paid £133 for a fridge freezer and appare tly my order is still "on its way". Repprted to Action Fraud however I paid with my debit card, so I have to mark this down to experience. I will never buy anything online again.
