I am quite confused. I’ve been charged twice and I am subscribed and canceled from you guys I need to get a refund for that. I’m tired of seeing it on my bank so if I have to put this all over Facebook, I will y’all are very unprofessional.

I love this company. They are always willing to help with any questions or issues that need resolving. They are very detail-oriented in everything they do. A Great Experience
I’ve been working with Max Life for my weight-loss journey and have had a really positive experience. I’ve been using their weight-loss shots under their guidance and in coordination with my doctor, and while I haven’t seen the number on the scale change significantly, I have been able to maintain my weight, which is still an important part of my journey.
I’m continuing to work toward my goals and may need to discuss adjusting my dosage with my healthcare providers, but overall, the process has been going well. What has really stood out to me is the level of customer service. The Max Life team has been incredibly responsive, helpful, and supportive throughout the process, and that makes such a difference when you’re working toward a long-term health goal.
I appreciate having a team that checks in, answers my questions, and makes me feel supported along the way. I’m looking forward to continuing my journey with Max Life and seeing where it takes me!
