The experience has been great !! From the customer service , to the friendly reminders about my incoming orders , plus the fact that there is always help available if needed. The delivery service is top tier … one day I get a notification of my shipment and it’s literally at my door the next day !! 10/10 I highly recommend & I have lost a significant amount of weight with their help . I have all great things to say. Max life has been a wonderful company to go through. They really care about your needs and their customer service is topped tier. They always reach out in a timely manner. I really enjoy this company. And the medicine that I take has changed my life for the better I have currently lost 53 lbs. Well, taking this medication? Very easy communication
Very easy communication. Easy to get ahold of someone to help with delivery updates and on time deliveries. My experience was very positive and the reps made my glp1 journey so easy for being a first time using an online service. I’ve lost weight successfully with the meds and easily administered everything on my own. Each shipment provided all the items I needed and I was always well stocked for my weekly dose. I would continue with max life because of my very pleasant experience with them

Their communication and service are consistently excellent whenever I reach out to them. I’ve always received prompt responses. They’ve also been incredibly helpful and have taken the time to educate me about my payments, their different medication, medication doses, and potential side effects of the medication. Additionally, they have amazing customer service and the doctors I have had appointments with on zoom.
