Our experience with MaxOptra has been extremely positive and enjoyable form the outset.

MaxOptra has great software - it works well, looks great and makes a big difference within our business. However, it is the team that really set this product apart from the competition.
Kim is on another level; she makes great software an awesome solution. Knowledgeable, professional, and generally an all round lovely person. Great Support and Great System!

It took us a while to make the jump but with the help from Chris Ford, he taught us everything and no question was silly - now we are using it we will never look back!

Kim took a proactive approach to the project, bringing the various stakeholders together, including other third parties linked to our ERP integration. The process was professional and efficient.

Max-Optra with Chris guiding us through the install to the completion of the project was seamless, the support that was given was 100% and always available, great product, great team, highly recommend.

Great product, has made plotting our routes much easier and much more efficient. Great service from the team, able to answer any queries quickly and professionally.

We were with another routing solution since we launched but we were quickly out growing the functionality. We investigated lots of options and reached out to Maxoptra via another supplier who is partnered with Maxoptra early on in the process and had informative calls, as this was part of a bigger tech rebuild the road map was constantly changing, Tim at Maxoptra was patient and on hand when ever we had questions and through out the process of us testing and making a decision. Once we had decided to move forward, on a tight time scale to capatiise on the benefits of the new tech ahead of a busy festive period we were handed over to Chris, who worked with us and our developers to roll out the system in under 4 week. The system has performed well and has already streamlined aspects of the business. With future in-depth integration planned we are looking forward to a long successful relationship with Maxoptra as we grown and the product develops.
