After an initial discussion with the team at Maxoptra, I realised that this system was ideal for our business and it has now been over 12 months since implementation. Maxoptra has brought massive improvements in both route efficiency and the customer experience. When required, the support team are always quick to respond, and the depth of knowledge and experience means a resolution is quickly found. I would highly recommend Maxoptra. We Started using this over six months ago and have been very impressed with its implementation, the training and support available, and the usage we have been able to get from it.
We are still to fully utilize all of the features. It has made a significant improvement to our routing efficiency, the time I need to spend on routing and communication with customer.

I have found the system very visual regarding the route planning and is able to communicate with both our vehicle tracking system and internal scheduling systems.

Searching for a solution for our National fleet was made infinitely easier when we hooked up with the team from Maxoptra. Their depth of knowledge & experience throughout the process made it a pain-free transition and their understanding of logistics & operations was beyond our expectations as were the solutions they proposed & assisted in implementing. Made a difference
Since we introduced Maxoptra to our business a few years ago, we have been impressed. The system is straightforward and effective and perfect for our small organisation with 2-4 vans.
The support from Chris, Antonio and the team has been good and responsive and we are sure that, over time, we will get to know the system even better.

After an initial discussion with the team at Maxoptra we soon realised that this system was ideal for our business and the multi-drop deliveries that we make. From this initial discussion through implementation, training and support the whole process couldn't have been easier and any concerns that we may have had soon diminished. Our hands were held every step of the way and the assistance from Chris Ford was exceptional and any questions quickly answered.

We are now using Maxoptra to fully plan our delivery routes and both our customers and drivers highly rate it. Customers are fully aware of delivery dates and time slots (the real-time tracking is excellent) which is fully automated by the system via SMS and email so contacting customers manually is a thing of the past.

Maxoptra has brought massive improvements in both efficiency of our routes and also to the customer service that we now provide... I now wonder how we could ever go back to our old planning system.

If you are looking for a delivery planning solution then you will not be disappointed with this system.

We have been using Maxoptra for 2 years now and never have we had any trouble with them,

Should there be an issue we do log a ticket and they get back to us very quickly regarding the resolution.

Transitioning to using Maxoptra from our previous routing software has been a smooth process thanks to fantastic tech support team they have. From teaching us how to use the more in-depth features, to customising parameters to help our business run more smoothly, the Maxoptra team has us covered.

Support prior, throughout and after implementation has been absolutely superb. Great product, highly flexible and the team at Maxoptra have been an amazing asset in assisting our business getting the best out of the software.
There are still many bells and whistles we have yet to fully explore that have the potential to increase our service levels further

Maxoptra is the “Uber” of route and job optimisation. Beware of fakes that say they can do the same for less. It is a true disrupter in the market place.

Great customer support and a great product. The onboarding help was particularly useful. We have found some great features but still feel there is more to discover.

Have been an absolute joy. Nothing but helpful and kept in constant communication whilst i was finding my feet. Chris in particular was an absolute gent with also the patience in the world.

We have been looking at Maxoptra for 12 months or more and then jumped in for a few months. We didn't use the product in the end but the pre and post sales service was excellent, understanding and they were very willing to help us integrate.
