I have very bad experience. I had ordered flameless gas stove of Rs. 1400/- But since last one month i didn't get my order nor they are giving me any reply to mail & phone. Its a cheater company. I recommend not to purchase any product through this online shopping website.

Maxsmile is Cheat and chor company. I ordered leather scent spray on 29 September by paying Rs 524.
It is not supplied, they say it is sent by courier and delivered. But in fact it is not delivered or even couriered by them. They don't share courier details and invoice.
In short they have cheated me for Rs 524.

It' s scam company, nothing to do with Max stores of Reliance retail. Be aware, no contact details to enquire and only email provided, which is unresponsive. NEVER TRY. GOOGLE TO REMOVE THEM FROM ONLINE SHOPPING CONTENT

I paid for my order, but I haven't received the product. The company is completely unresponsive and running a scam.

This app is fake i have prepaid for my order and my order still not delivered to me and I haved mail them couples of times but no help comes this is fake app please don't order anything from this app

This company is made for cheating people. I ordered one product and they sent another product. When I complained, they are asking for unboxing video. I sent them all packet, label photographs and again and again they rejected my claim. Don't buy anything from them, they are cheaters.

I ordered a reading glass as shown in the website and payment was made prepaid for rs 662. I got an entirely different and low power glass. On contact with them they are making a lot of excuses for making the return. I am sure that this website and company are frauds .

These people are thieves. They sent me a broken umbrella that was completely different from the one shown in the product images. After I requested a refund, they asked me to share an unboxing video, which I did. Even after providing the video, they have continued to send me automated emails stating the same thing instead of resolving my issue. - “Unfortunately, upon review, we found that the submitted video does not meet the necessary criteria required for processing your request. We kindly request you to review our unboxing video guidelines and resubmit a video that aligns with those requirements.
To ensure a smooth process, please make sure the video includes:
The original outer packaging
A clear and uninterrupted recording from the start of the unboxing
The product in question, showing the issue (if any)

I am very disappointed with this product and the return policy. The product did not meet my expectations, but unfortunately it cannot be returned. Customers should be clearly informed about the non-returnable status before purchase. I would not recommend buying this product due to the lack of return support.

I ordered a side table lamp (999 rs)with 2 high speed usb charging ports and what they shipped was a simple lamp which is not working.
Now they are refusing to replace.
It sure is a cheater company not having a phone no for taking any customer complaints.

Worst online shopping experience.

Fake and Cheaters website…had ordered a pack of 2 mats for 964 ₹ Received only one . Repeated messages sent …automated message is sent …No one contacts you in 24 hours.

I ordered a toothpaste from Maxsmile, but instead of the original product, they delivered a wrong and fake item. The product was clearly purchased cheaply from Meesho and reshipped to me with poor packaging.
This is completely misleading and fraudulent transaction.
No proper contact number to call
No response to emails
No way to request a refund or replacement
Customers should be very careful before ordering from this website. I strongly do not recommend Maxsmile based on my experience.

Fraud website. Ordered products worth 2700/-
No communication about the order being shipped.
When I reached out, I received an irrelevant automated response.

This is a fake app.only cheating nothing else.I have paid Rs.1299/- for buying one item.But after 3-4 days I did not get any positive response.Only thing they told your item already despatched.That is the end of it.So I advice all do not buy any thing from Maxsmile.This is a fraud company

Maxsmile is absolutely a fake website. The reviews displayed on your platform appear to be self-generated and misleading. I made a purchase trusting those reviews, but now I realize there isn’t even an option for customers to leave genuine feedback.

If anyone checks Google, the truth about your fraudulent practices becomes clear. This is extremely dishonest and unacceptable. You are deceiving customers by delivering cheap, low-quality products while charging premium prices.

You may think you can get away with this and build a successful business, but such practices never last. Sooner or later, the truth catches up, and there are consequences for misleading people.

This is truly disappointing and wrong on many levels.

No exchange or replacement of product offered or reimbursement of payment done even after continuous 8 emails sent to the company. The damaged product was received by a senior citizen and hence no video recorded. But broken product image and other details of the packet available. Still, the company does not offer replacement after 8 emails.

Actually the company maxsmile rating should be zero.
I have ordered for mini vacuum cleaner for Rs 800 around. They have sent me a non operating piece ( just like a toy ). I have taken the video of opening and sent them within in 5 hours but they simply replied that video is not sufficient. Very ridiculous. It seems it is a fraud enterprise.
The toy they sent for Rs 800/- is lying waste.

Completely Misleading Product & Zero Accountability

I paid ₹714 (prepaid) for the Electronic Mosquito Killer Machine Lamp from Maxsmile. It is heavily marketed as a device that attracts and kills mosquitoes.

The reality? It is just a blue light lamp.

After 4 days of continuous use in an area with clear mosquito activity, it has not killed even ONE mosquito. Not a single one.

It simply glows blue and does nothing else.

This product does not perform its basic advertised function. Selling a mosquito killer that doesn’t kill mosquitoes is completely misleading.

I raised a refund request 3 days ago — no response. They do not answer calls. The email address printed on the invoice is incorrect. I had to search online to find another email just to try contacting them. That says everything about their customer support.

They also advertise a “free 5-day return,” but in my experience, this claim is completely false. There is no actual support or response when you try to initiate a return

Taking prepaid money, delivering a product that does not work as advertised, and then becoming unreachable shows a complete lack of accountability.

If this is how Maxsmile treats paying customers, then people should seriously reconsider before trusting this company with their money.
