**Title: ₹7,799 Paid — No Product or Refund**

I placed an order on thecraze.in on 23 September 2026 and paid ₹7,799 online.

As of 30 October 2026, the product has not been delivered, and I have not received a refund despite sending repeated emails.

I subsequently found numerous reviews from customers describing similar problems.

I am sharing my personal experience to warn prospective buyers. I request the company to refund my payment immediately and provide a proper explanation for the non-delivery.

I recommend exercising extreme caution before making advance payments on this website.

On 25th September 2026, I had placed an order for a 78-piece Tarot Cards Deck with Guide. The Order No. CRIN68081 was supposed to be delivered on 16th October 2026. The product has not been delivered, nor were there any tracking details. I have sent 3 emails to their support email ID and posted a message on their website. I don't know if I would ever get my product because most of the posts here say that they have not received their orders. Some actions must be taken against this company and its website.

I ordered a tarot deck from this website, but it has been 1.5 months, and I still haven’t received my order or any email update. I even contacted their customer support via email, but I haven’t received any response yet.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. I have serious concerns about the website’s credibility. I would not recommend this website to anyone. Please be careful and think twice before placing an order. Don’t waste your money here.

Scam site its been a month product not received no support

Its a a fake website ,orders dont get serviced . There is no number which you can call to follow up . i am unable to get a refund

CRAZE is a FRAUD company. Please don't buy anything from this website. After payment, they don't send the product or reply to your emails. Please take action against this company. They are continuously selling products and cheating people.

Fraudulent company. Complete fraud. They won't deliver the products ordered. You have to report to consumer forum and follow legal path to push them for refund or even if they deliver due to legal pressure, they would send damaged goods / fake goods.
Stay away at all possible cost, or you would learn the lesson the hard way - just like I learned mine

It's a fraud company. I wonder how they still exist on genuine platforms to advertise their products. They should be banned by all sites and platforms

A complete fraud and scam. No deliver no product..PLS DO NOT MAKE PAYMENTS DEFINITELY NOT PREPAID.. 100 PERCENT SCAM AND FRAUD ..i had order a red spec frame.. in may..since June they have been saying its coming then finally they placed order in aug which was supposed to reach on the 31st.. the tracking says delivery done..no delivery has been done.. a complete fraud..

CRAZE – A Complete Scam. Avoid at All Costs.

I placed an order with CRAZE on 9th July 2026 (Order ID: CRIN62631). Over a month later, I have received:

No delivery
No tracking information
No refund
No response worth calling "customer support"

There is no phone number to reach them. I have sent repeated emails, and either received no reply or been fobbed off with nothing resolved. Looking through other customer reviews, mine is far from an isolated case — the pattern of complaints is consistent and damning.

In short: CRAZE takes your money and delivers nothing. Do not order anything from this company. You will be cheated.

There is no update on my order CRIN57530. No one responds on mail and there is no contact phone no. I am not even sure if this site is genuine or you are only fooling people by taking orders and not delivering products!! Its been 2 months writing to you for an update. It is ridiculous how you bad your customer care service is.

I received my order after 2 months

Total Fraud. I booked an order and made payment online. Neither the goods were received nor is anyone responding to mails. Phone connect is not available.

Order #7442825674997 – No Delivery and No Refund

I placed an order with The Craze in April 2026 and never received the parcel. After waiting for an update, I requested a refund on June 5, 2026.

Since then, I have sent multiple emails and follow-ups, but I have not received either the product or the refund. The lack of communication and delay in resolving this issue has been extremely disappointing.

As a customer, I expected timely delivery or at least prompt processing of the refund request. Instead, I have had to spend considerable time chasing updates without receiving a satisfactory response.

I am posting this review to share my experience and to encourage the company to address this matter urgently. I will update this review if the refund is processed and the issue is resolved.

I placed Order No. CRIN55349 with TheCraze and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
The order was significantly delayed despite repeated assurances regarding dispatch and delivery timelines. Upon receipt, I found that the products supplied were both incomplete and incorrect.
I had ordered an A5 Password Lock Business Notepad but instead received an A6 Password Lock Business Notepad in a different colour and specification. Further, I did not receive the Eyeglass Pouch Elastic Opening Portable Storage Bags (Quantity 4), which constituted a substantial portion of the total order value.
I have provided photographs and supporting details to the company and have repeatedly sought resolution. However, the matter remains unresolved.
My concern is not merely the delay, but the lack of quality control and customer service in addressing the issue after payment has been collected.
I hope the company improves its order fulfilment process and customer support experience for future customers. SPAM. FRAUD.

Order placed in 12 May. Delivery was supposed to be on 1st June. Yet no delivery and no response from customer care. Approx Rs 4000 paid. Need stern action against company for delivery.
