Your company is a total cheat. Purposely you guys don’t provide any contact number and do not reply to emails.
I ordered three items and only two of the three delivered. No reply to emails raising the issue.
Total scam.

I wish there was an option to grant minus stars. 6 weeks ago I ordered a magnetic watch strap, delivery time mentioned was 5 to 7 days. Despite sending multiple emails to their customer service, the item has still not arrived. Unfortunately I paid by credit card. Received one reply from them stating that Item is imported from overseas and stuck in Customs! Month later , still no delivery and no reply to my mails. There is no phone number to call. Seems it's run by a scammer(s). Doubt if company even exists. W

If I could I would give a zero star review. This website is FAKE!!!. It scams people and does not deliver items and on top of all that when they’re threatened about being sued, they will send completely another item to scam you further. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE and BAN THEIR WEBSITE

On high recommendation, Placed an order, on 02.05.26, for 2 silent- basketballs, for my son, so that he could have fun during his holidays.. money taken order number given and basketballs still haven't arrived...
Customer support not replying to emails either..
Lovely products, but not worth taking the risk of buying anything from here. Very disappointed. Will never recommend

Would like to update.... After the negative review on 26& 27th May, I got an email from the team on 28.5.26, saying the product will reach in 7-14days.. but here is the catch - the order tracking which was finally shared, showed that the product has reached India on 17th May, and is stuck in Customs from the 22nd... For 4days, who knows what was happening !!
And now, 8days later, the team is still "working on it".

Please do not ever order online from these guys.. very very poor service. And worse still, no heart :( :(
Products ordered for kids & health purposes are handled so callously :(

I placed an order at 6th may and didn't get the delivery details or anything, it was 1091 rs. They scammed me. I emailed them to get a refund, they don't respond

I have purchased one item on 25/3/2026 with advance payment and expected delivery date was 25/4/2026. But till date not received the item. No response to issue raised on their site on 2-3 times.

I placed an order for three toys on May 3 as the website promised delivery in 3-4 days. Despite repeated emails, there is no response from the company as they have not yet shipped the order. There is no mobile number to contact them. IT SEEMS TO BE A FAKE WEBSITE AND NO ONE SHOULD BUY PRODUCTS FROM THEIR WEBSITE.

FRAUD. I wish I checked reviews before placing an order. No response on mail as well. Its been 17days since I placed an order. Please don't trust this website and lose ypur hard earned money.

I placed an order for a baseball cap on April 24, 2026, on thecraze.in and paid in advance. Soon after, I was informed that the product was unavailable and was asked to choose an alternative. I selected another item immediately.

Since then, the order status has been stuck at “We’re preparing these items for shipping” for over a month, and I still haven’t received my order. I have tried contacting them multiple times via email, but all I get are repetitive automated responses saying the product is in the process of shipping.

There is no proper customer support, no clear communication, and no resolution even after several weeks. This has been extremely frustrating.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this website. The service is highly unprofessional and unreliable. These people are scammers!

This is a scam website. I ordered sunglasses over a month ago, not delivered. Tried contacting them, no response. Please do not order from this site.

Yes there was a delay but the parcel was delivered. The problem is that they don’t have a Whatspp or some messaging facility on their website. And the parcels take forever to deliver. You feel that you have been scammed but at the end my parcel did arrive.
They are Not scammers but lazy.

I have decided to take necessary legal assistance to trace them and take the appropriate legal steps to penalize so that atleast no one in future should get cheated by such organisations. Never mind spending time and funds to trace these people out
