On 12th of November I ordered for 360$ different things- I had to call FedEx several times to track my package- the custumer service let me know, that it's in my country already and nobody from FedEx couldn't reach me all the time- this was at 12th of January. After 2 month and a lot of research from me, I was told, that the package was sent back to South Korea at the 24th of November- so the costum service lied to me the whole time.

After this information from FedEx there was no reaction when I asked them for refund- for me thats fraud. I ordered in South Korea for many times, something like that never happened to me, they deliver usually in 5 to 12 days- be careful and trust other companies, there are so many serious like acecosm or gangnam....

I am changing review from 1 star to 4 star!! I did receive a email, regarding my order status and tracking#, on Dec.14th.
I had received my order on Dec.18th and VERY PLEASED with my products from Maypharm!!

I bought kabbeline for $151 they cancelled my order stole my money it's been eight days I still haven't got my money back I emailed the customer service three times no response they have not gotten back to me

Service clients inexistant !
Et commande toujours pas reçue...
J'ai commandé sur le site en ligne et je n'ai aucun tracking de ma commande
Par contre pas de souci pour prélever le paiement illico
Je ne cesse de renvoyer des messages au service client depuis 10j et aucune réponse
Je ne recommande pas du tout et à ce jour je n'ai rien reçu

The 27th november i bought from this website some hialurónic ácid and spent 300 euros and nothing happened. I wrote the company and didnt get any replay. I wrote a messague vía WhatsApp and nobody replay.

They don't reply to emails takes them over a week to post out even then you need to message over and over just so that they can send it out. Very unreliable better off buying from glam derm... never buying from them again..

Great prices and large inventory. Many skincare products to choose from. The black friday sale slowed the delivery some what but that was to be expected as I have dealt with overseas companies like this many times during sales events and they always get inundated with orders!

Excellent products and service! I had my order in less than a wk. Definately will place another order!! Very satisfied

The goods are well packed and they have a variety of cheap stuff... I would say the shipping is a bit slow but the problem was that I ordered threads also so they had to order them as now explained on the website. Overall a good experience.

We had some banking issues but the company found a way to make it right. The Metox worked great for axillary hyperhydrosis!
